The condo itself was great! The resort hot tub was not hot 1/3 of the time. So disappointing the days it was only warm.

Our Orlando week

Had a wonderful week. The accommodation was as described, clean and comfortable. Champions Gate is a great location as it is close to all major attractions, and has an abundant array of dining options, shops, and stores all within minutes of the condo. Communication with the Vrbo agent was always answered promptly. We would recommend it to others, and we would stay here again on our next visit.

My family and I travel frequently, and I have to say this visit was one of our best experiences. The owners were incredibly helpful as well as attentive meanwhile the property itself was perfect for everything we needed. The apartment was clean, organized and comfortable having everything needed for a family trip. Especially location wise this property had everything we needed. We were close to parks and right before entering the neighborhood there are tons of stores, restaurants and more for anything you could think of. The home itself was stocked with extra sheets, towels, pillows, etc. all clean and organized to be used as necessary. We would recommend this as a place to stay for anyone anytime.

Terrific Condo Just a Short Drive from Disney

After finalizing the dates of our Disney trip later than usual, I was worried about finding a nice place to stay. I feel very lucky to have secured this condo on relatively short notice, as it was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The host provided all the basics we would need, paper towels, tissue paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap, and even some shampoo and conditioner. All we needed to buy were drinks and snacks to stock the fridge. The community was quiet and nice, and we were able to get plenty of rest each night after a long day at Disney World. With the large dining area, a nice living space, and the screened patio, we had plenty of space to enjoy our time at the condo when we weren't at the parks. When we were heading to the parks, it was only a short drive on I-4. I would absolutely book this same location again if it's available for our next trip to the area.

Property management was slow to resolve or correct guest concerns. The first four days of our stay we got no sleep because of a noisy a/c. Finally someone turned up to try and fix the issue, it was never really corrected. We will not be returning to this property.

Disney trip

Overall, I was not satisfied with the property . The condo was clean and beds were ok, but I was very dissatisfied with the kitchen and appliances. The coffee maker was old. The dishwasher was not aligned with the cabinet therefore it had to be pushed every time to start the machine . The air-conditioning made a tapping noise that was annoying and woke me up a couple of times. I wanted to reheat a loaf of bread in the oven and the only baking pan was rusted there were no oven mitts, kitchen towels or pasta strainer .the dryer was not working properly, it took 1 hour and 20 minutes to dry a medium load of clothes .
