The pool and hot tub was not hot, the sofas are not in good condition or able to be plugged in so that you can put your feet up.

Nice Vacation

We come to stay in Orlando every year for Thanksgiving and my daughters cheer competition. We have a wonderful time stay here and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet. The only thing was the security check in. Not the initial check in but whenever you leave and come back to enter the gate it was a 45 min wait to get back in. But other than that is was very nice. Thank you.

Pool heating wasn’t working which was very disappointing! Patio furniture was very worn out lounge chairs were almost all ripped. Couches in the living room were very worn out. The mastersuite upstairs had a crack in the tub so we couldn’t use that. The house was overall not very clean upon arrival. But it was cheap so you get what you pay for!

Overall we had a lovely stay at the house. Communication with the host agency was absolutely wonderful - even with a hurricane coming days before arrival. There was some wear and tear in the house, and there was a leak in the ceiling in one of the downstairs masters. Chris was attentive to the problem and had someone to the property in the morning (issue occurred at 3am!). The house had plenty of room for everyone and the beds were pretty comfortable. A few more cooking utensils would have been helpful. The sofa had one arm broken, and the electric capabilities would not work, which would have been nice for relaxing on our non-park days. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The property was okay.Just be prepared.Bring your own toilet paper.Bring your hand soap. Bath towels were limited and hard to find even though they threaten you at a high cost if any are remove. (Believe me you wouls not want those dingy ratty towels for anything except to dry your car.) The only towels there were towels that looked like they were left there by previous guests. Overall you get what you pay for!
