This is a delightful and well maintained villa on the eastern part of The Shire, which means that it enjoys the sun over the pool area throughout the day. It is well situated for the amenities of Champions Gate, and is 30-40 mins from Universal. For a family, or a couple not enamoured of the hustle and bustle of International Drive, it could not be more ideal

We had an excellent time! The owner and management team were amazing and any questions or concerns before and during our trip were answered in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again. We would recommend an ungrade to the microwave and the blinds on the slider door. Great area to stay in around eveything, emerency, food, grocery, gas and the parks were only like 20 min away. Overall a great place to stay!

Beautiful villa, nice layout for more than one family. Nothing was too much trouble when we had questions for the owner Holly. We would happily go back and stay in this villa. Spiderwebs on outside furniture and screens over the pool, dead bugs in the corners of carpet areas, microwave door was broken but we could still use it, no hot water in one of the upstairs bathroom, had to buy light bulb and shower curtain (was filthy) for one bathroom upstairs.

Best Vacation

We just got back last night from a week in Disney. This rental was perfect. Everyone had their own space and it was peaceful. We enjoyed the pool daily, and close to a ton of good restaurants. I recommend this rental and will stay again in the future.
