Magical Memories Retreat is approximately 11 miles from Walt Disney World and 20 miles from Universal Studios! We're conveniently located in the gated ChampionsGate resort community, close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and other Orlando attractions.



🏊 Is the private pool heated, and does it cost extra?

Yes! Our private screened-in pool is heated at no additional charge. Unlike many vacation rentals, we never charge daily pool-heating fees. It's just one of the many extras we include (upon request) to make your stay more enjoyable! Pool temperatures can vary with outdoor weather conditions.



🏊 Is the private pool equipped with safety features for young children?

Yes! We know how important peace of mind is when traveling with little ones. Our private pool features a removable child safety fence, and the doors leading to the pool area have alarms.



🌊 Is access to the resort waterparks included?

Absolutely! Your stay includes complimentary access to both the Oasis Club (approximately a 6-minute walk) and the Retreat Club (approximately a 5-minute drive). Enjoy resort pools, waterslides, a lazy river, splash areas, fitness facilities, and more! Some separately operated activities, rentals, food, and beverages may have additional charges.

🚗 How many vehicles can we park?

There is parking available for up to 4 vehicles. 2 in the driveway and 2 on the side street. ChampionsGate resort rules do not allow trailers or campers.



🛏️ Are there bedrooms on the main floor without stairs?

Yes! We have two bedrooms on the main floor with no stairs required: a spacious King Suite with a private bathroom and walk-in shower, plus our fun Mickey-themed bedroom with two Queen beds and an additional bathroom with walk in shower. This setup is especially convenient for grandparents, guests who prefer to avoid stairs, and multigenerational families!

Magical Memories Retreat accommodates up to 16 guests with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Our spacious layout is wonderful for extended families, multigenerational vacations, and groups traveling together.

Definitely! Our Disney-themed home features a game room with arcade games, pinball, Xbox, PlayStation, and board games. There's also a Pixar-themed loft with a 70-inch Smart TV, plus your own private pool and nearby resort amenities!

Yes! We provide bed linens, plenty of bath towels and washcloths, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. You'll also find an iron, ironing board, and drying rack.

We're sorry, but pets are not permitted. We strive to maintain a clean, comfortable home for all our guests, including those with allergies.



🔑 How does check-in work?

Check-in is easy and convenient! You'll receive your personal door access code before arrival, so there's no need to pick up keys. We also ask guests to read and sign our rental agreement within 24 hours of booking.



⏰ Is early check-in or late checkout available?

Because our home is large and we take pride in having everything thoroughly cleaned and prepared for each guest, early check-in and late checkout are generally not available. However, when our booking schedule allows, we may be able to accommodate special requests.
