  • Modern 7BR/6BA home on large corner lot that offers everything you need for your trip to Orlando Area. Only 11mi from all the fun at Disney, 20mi from Universal and 27mi to Legoland!
    Amenities include a private, heated pool as well as complementary access to the Oasis Club (6 minute walk) and NEW Retreat Club (5min drive). Here you'll enjoy resort pools & hot tub☀️water slides☀️cabanas☀️lazy river☀️fitness center☀️pickleball☀️play ground☀️golf course and so much more!

    "Magical Memories Retreat" offers easy access to Disney Parks, Universal Studios and Sea World. Busch Gardens, Legoland and FL Beaches are also a short drive away. Champions Gate has a wide variety of restaurants and shops or you can choose to relax in your private pool with free BBQ or at the Oasis Club Resort around the corner.

    Inside "Magical Memories Retreat" you will have everything you need for your stay including-10 TV's, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of dining seating at large dining table, kitchen bar or out on the lanai.

    The game room and loft are perfect for hanging out playing your favorite video games, pinball or watching movies.

    Champion's Gate is a private, gated resort. Booking "Magical Memories Retreat" in the Retreat at Champion's Gate gives you complementary access to the Oasis Club Resort. Amenities include resort style pools with water slide, hot tub, cabanas, lazy river, splash pad, tiki bar, restaurant, volleyball courts, fitness center, playground, game room, movie theater and public 18 hole golf course with driving range and pro shop.

    Just 10mi to Disney Parks and 20mi to Universal "Magical Memories Retreat is the perfect home base! There are alternate routes to just about everywhere. Spend less time in the car and more time exploring what Orlando has to offer. You will be a short drive from some of the best beaches in Florida. Choose from four beaches that are all under 1hr and 20mins away. Daytona, New Smyrna and Cocoa Beaches on the Atlantic Coast or Clearwater Beach on the Gulf will make for a relaxing day trip during your Orlando vacation.

Amazing Stay

We have just spent 2 weeks at Magical Memories and had a wonderful stay! Everything you could think of is available and it feels like home the moment you walk in. It’s a beautiful villa with comfortable beds and sofas. It’s really close to supermarkets and shops. The pool was lovely after a tiring day. The children really enjoyed the games room! Thank you to Jenny for great communication. We wil definitely be staying again!

House was great! Plenty of space. Enjoyed the pool as well as the Oasis Clubhouse. Owners were very responsive. House was as advertised. Would stay there again. Great house for a large group. We had 10 from toddlers to adults. Fun for all!

Not only is the house beautiful and just like the pictures, Jen was great! Very responsive and helpful. Best place to stay for a family Disney trip! The resort is a plus too, walking distance from house and great for a relaxing break day in btw park visits. I can't wait to stay here again!

Unforgettable Memories 2025

Our family of 8 came to Florida for a Disney experience. We stayed in this beautiful home and most say, the decor on each room and throughout the home made you feel you were actually visiting the attractions at the parks. The location of the property was only 15-20 from the theme parks yet we were away from the overcrowding of traffic and tourists. This property will be our go-to spot for future visits to Florida! We cannot Thank You enough Jenny!! She was amazing!!

Themed Fun, Relaxation, and Endless Pinball – A Perfect Stay!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was incredible—beautifully designed with fun, well-themed rooms that made every space feel special. Our favorite feature by far was the pinball machine—we ended each night playing for hours and making great memories. The massage chair in the Epcot room was also a huge hit and the perfect way to unwind. The Oasis Club was another highlight, and with the house just a short 6-minute walk away, it couldn’t have been more convenient. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we’d love to come back again in the future!

Magical memories

My family and I had a fantastic time in this beautiful spacious home. The home looks just like it is pictured on line. My grandaughters loved the princesses theme in their room. We loved everything about this home. Book it you wont be dissapointed.

Very nice property with great amenities. Owner was very receptive to requests and questions we had. Access to the Oasis Club pool and facilities was a real game-changer. G-kids also loved the pool at the house. Comfortable beds and plenty of room.

We've just returned from an amazing two week stay at Magical Memories Retreat (4 adults, 2 children). The house has everything you can possibly need and all the small things are provided (think bin bags, cleaning cloths, washing machine tabs etc). It's beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Movie night in the cinema room was fab (with popcorn in the handily supplied popcorn bucket). Use of the massage chair at the end of the day was great too! Games room super, although not used as much as expected as the pool was too inviting at the end of our busy park days. Communication with Jenny has been brilliant from my very first enquiry and I would highly recommend booking this villa for your next Florida trip. Hope to be back again one day.

What a fabulous villa loved it

There was 11 of us staying in this beautiful villa and there was plenty of space. It was very clean and we all slept really well. There is a club house and pool on site which you can also use which was lovely as well. We cannot thank Jenny enough for renting us the villa and we hope that we can rent it again.
