Welcome to our Magical 5 bedroom / 5 bathroom luxury villa in the amazing gated community of Windsor Hills! Our home has recently been fully remodeled with new paint, flooring, furniture, curtains, bedding, games room, theme room, countertops, decor and lighting!! This fabulous vacation home-away-from-home is the perfect place for your family to enjoy after visiting the theme parks and local attractions that Florida has to offer!

Warm, welcoming and spacious with plenty of room for up to 12 guests, our 5 bedroom home is perfect for large groups to enjoy the games room, sit by the private pool and spa or relax in the bright, open seating area.

In addition to our updated interior, we’ve added an 800 sq ft pool deck extension, making this space the largest pool deck in Windsor Hills! An outdoor kitchen with a grill, 2 fridges, sound system and island seating for 6 make this the perfect spot to relax. There’s additional loungers, seating area, dining table and space for the kids to play! Sun all day!! This is why you're coming to Florida!

The two main floor Master bedrooms overlook the pool and are each equipped with comfy King size beds (UK Super King size), ceiling fans, large screen smart tvs, large walk in closets, and private en-suites with dual vanities, granite countertops, hair driers, and walk in showers. Each room has been fully remodeled with new furniture, bedding, and room darkening curtains. All waiting for you!

The living room is bright and spacious with 2 new couches where you can watch the new large screen ROKU tv. The wall of patio doors open on each end to the pool deck of our southwest facing private heated pool and hot tub under a screened lanai.

The heated pool and spa is where you'll spend so much time! There's a safety fence and pool alarm for additional security.

The third bedroom on the main floor is an awesome underwater theme that can accommodate 4 children on the two new twin bunkbeds. They will love falling asleep beside the turtles and fish (who may look familiar!) There's also an adjoining four piece bath which can be accessed from the hall or the bedroom.

The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, newer fridge, freezer, ice maker, stove and oven. There's also a microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kettle, Keurig, blender, coffee maker, Mickey waffle maker, toaster and hand mixer. Everything you need to make a vacation worthy feast!

Our recently updated games room will keep everyone busy! There is a pool table and PS5! Movie theatre seating with 6 recliners and an 86" large screen TV wth surround sound!

The second floor offers 2 large bedrooms with private en-suites, flat screen tvs and new LVP flooring. The first has a King Size bed (UK Super King Size) and has been fully remodeled with new furniture, bedding and ceiling fan.

The second upstairs bedroom has a new queen bed with a Mickey theme and a private ensuite bathroom. There's all new bedding, furniture and curtains.

There's a large washer and drier, iron and ironing board. We also provide a pack and play, high chair, stroller, and safety stair gate. Free Wifi and smart tvs to stream your favorite channel. Everything you could need to make this vacation amazing!

We work with the best management company who will have the home ready for your arrival and will respond to all your questions when you are at the house. Once you enter the manned security gate, the home has keyless check in and check out for your safety and convenience.

Windsor Hills is a gated resort with 24-hour security. For your use the resort includes a 10,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse with a lagoon-style pool complete with a water slide and hot tub; a toddler pool; state of the art fitness center; 40-seat high definition theater; video arcade; billiards; and a computer lounge with full Internet access.

Throughout Windsor Hills other leisure facilities include playgrounds; sand volleyball and tennis courts; a putting green; an RV parking area; and an on-site grocery store. We are located only minutes away from shopping, restaurant, mini golf, gas stations, convenience stores, and Walmart.

We are also pet friendly and welcome well-behaved, potty-trained dogs (sorry, no cats). However, in addition to the normal cleaning charges, there is a $349 non-refundable pet-cleaning fee. This is for a 'deep clean' required to remove all traces of pet hair for our future guests convenience.
