Staff was excellent, no complaints about them whatsoever. The three stars is because there was a big blood stain on the carpet of the hotel room (confirmed with a blue light) and was pretty obvious. The room itself was also pretty dirty and almost all the furniture drawers were broken and didn’t open, and the bathroom smelt of cigarette smoke. The mini golf course is un-playable as it isn’t maintained, and they state breakfast is 7-10am yet when we arrived at 8:45 both days the only thing put out is bagels and bread, pretty questionable breakfast. Like I said, staff was great. Another thing which wasn’t a huge deal to me but could be to others, I booked and paid for a king bed room with a pullout couch and they stuck us in a 2 bed room instead (I didn’t care too much, but just in case anyone else would care)

Property was dark and not clean from the outside. We entered the room to be in the face with a lot of mold (I am very allergic). Had to check out and go to another hotel. Very disappointed! I tried to reach the resort several times prior to arriving and phones were never answered.

This place is absolutely terrible. Mold in the bathroom and around the sink. Rust was on the sprinkler and door knobs. One lock on the adjoining door didn’t work. Illegal drug use in the parking lot and prostitution in the stairwell. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in all of my 50 years of life.

Sipposedly this place is closing mid February, its been sold to someone and the best thing they could donto improve it would be to tear it down and start from scratch. If i could give a negative star i would. So i didnt partake in the breahfast because i was afraid to. But i havent heard good things. The room was veey neglected and felt like a slum lord wouldnt even be bothered with it. Dirty Carpet, all the fake wood furniture has some sort of water damage.shower barely works. Many things to list but i wont bore you since by the time you see this hopefully this hotel will be a pile of dirt. I did stay here the weekend that florida froze over so luckily the heater did keep the room cold. Dont be fooled by the pictures on expedia like i was when i booked it. Look up the hotel on youtube first. Youll thank me later.

The breakfast didn't have many options...the room smelled musty...although nothing happened, the room door wasn't reliable because it didn't close properly...the hotel is poorly lit, creating a feeling of insecurity, and the pool needs cleaning...the bathroom also lacked the necessary utensils, and we had to buy some at a market.

Stay away in 2026 and wait till they refurbish. Be aware after you arrive there is an additional $27 per day resort fee. Definitely not worth the total rate! Our room had hole in wall, water stain on wall by toilet, curtain at window broken and would not fully close and we were on first floor, nightstand drawer missing, refrigerator stand damaged, paint and stain on lamp shade, bed too soft and leans right. TV had limited channels and lines thru pic. WiFi code gave me one bar so worthless, breakfast cereal and bagel. Only good was area around resort has great food choices, shopping and activities.
