We felt this was a good rental home for the price. Not too far from the Disney parks, easy check in/check out process, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The main issues we had were that the wifi was spotty and slow at times (but it did eventually work), and the hot tub was not very hot and didn’t seem able to be adjusted. Overall we had a good stay.

Thankyou to Joann and Jim for such a wonderful stay The Villa is in a lovely quiet community in clermont and we absolutely loved it, at the beginning of the tripWe had an issue with the pool heat and WiFi but within an hour Joann was at the property to fix the issue or the pool guy was there to fix the pool heatThe bedrooms was big and spacious lovely comfortable beds and a tv in every room The kitchen had all the amenities and even some extra bits in the pantry which we appreciated! Joann and Jim were fantastic hosts and appreciate the care they showed for any issue that arose (even though they were very minor issues that were resolved immediately!) Absolutely lovely villa and lovely hosts, we do hope to stay again next time we come to Florida!

Location was great. Plenty of space for the amount of people we had. Beds were comfortable. Tons of extras in the kitchen. The only thing that was disappointing was the spa/hot tub. It didn't heat any hotter than the pool when I called about it, I was told it was a spa and not a hot tub so it wouldn't get much warmer than the pool. In the listing of amenities, it was listed as a hot tub 2 times. It would have been a great way to relax after a long day at the parks, so that was disappointing to find out.

Softball Tournament Stay

We were in town for a softball tournament so we did not get to spend much time in the house. Pool was very warm and house was in a good location. Would recommend for people looking for large accommodations in the Orlando area.

Nice house for the money.. one for the beds had crumbs in the sheets. The heater seemed to not work on the pool/spa messages owner they said they were sending someone out but still didn’t work but that’s ok cuz we didn’t have to pay for the heated pool and the kids still loved the pool. Nice neighborhood nice house for cost would stay again. Thank you for letting our family rent your house

This property was great for our Disney vacation! 5 bedrooms and 3 baths were great for multiple people. Check in process was very easy! Loved the location and having a Walmart so close. Small issue with hot tub on arrival but quick response from the owners and was rectified the following day. 😊

Close to Disney and a wonderful pool when we returned home

Plenty of room for our group of 10. we loved the private pool and hot tub! Kitchen is stocked with many appliances (blender, crockpot, mini-food processor to name a few) not usually found in a vacation home. we were able to create a wonderful early holiday feast in the spacious kitchen. and the home is close to shopping and restaurants which made for a very convenient location.

Joann was amazing and attentive. I let her know the spa heat was not working at 8:30pm. She came out and saw there was an error flashing on the pool equipment. She came back the next morning, reset the system and the spa heat worked. This house offers good value with plenty of space for the whole family. The cabinets, countertops and pans were dated, but everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The private pool/spa helped give us a place to rest on the days that we were not on the go. I would definitely recommend staying at this house.

Overall, pretty good, very disappointed that the Hot tub didn't get hot

It is a pretty good-sized house with four bedrooms (if I remember correctly), a nice kitchen, and TVs in every room.It has a pool and a hot tub, but the pool was a bit dirty and the hot tub didn't get hot.The kitchen had a burn mark on the counter, and the worst was that one of the bathroom sinks had some brown stuff in it and a hole. It looked like someone dropped something heavy in it. That bathroom has two sinks, and the other was not affected.The location is close to Disney, but because of the way the parks are set up, it is further away from Universal and SeaWorld. It took me 50 minutes to get to the airport on Sunday at 3 am without traffic. Overall, a nice place, but that hot tub was a major downer for me. If the hot tub were fixed, I would definitely stay there again.

Pool heat was very nice except for one day. Floors, countertops, and grill were all dirty upon arrival. Two beds had wet sheets on them, which we discovered after midnight the first night. Owner stopped by to provide some cleaning supplies and laundry soap the next morning, and the cleaning person came in the afternoon to clean. The owner indicated this was an oddity and left a small amount of cash for the inconveniences. Walls could use a good cleaning. We enjoyed our stay but would probably not stay here again. We left the place much cleaner than we found it.

Disney trip

There are 8 adults in our group. There is plenty of room. I needed to contact Joanne for the key pad code upon our arrival. The VRBO website was down. Immediate response with no issue in contacting her. I would suggest either printing the information or taking pictures to have. We had everything we needed even a Keurig. I did think the house was a little closer to the parks. Thirty minutes is not bad. Probably would like to be closer next time. Just a couple of things that were said were the pillows were thin and the rooms closer to the pool heard the pump throughout the night. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Conveniently Located

Conveniently located near dining, shopping & theme parks. We weren't a fan of the homes actual location in the neighborhood; it's a very busy subdivision with one way in & out & the road is very narrow with vehicles parked along it. The home itself is nice enough, quite spacious (there was 6 of us in our group). The layout is great especially if traveling with other couples/family members. The master bed is a sleep number bed but was not comfortable at all. I'd recommend bringing your own pillows, the ones provided were flat & stained. Also there were no hand towels provided so we bought some from the Dollar Store. Bath towels were minimal & some of us just used our beach towels instead. The pool & fenced yard was great & we really enjoyed swimming between park visits. One thing not mentioned in the listing is that the owners request the air conditioning stay at 75* while you're in the house. While we were there the temps were near 100* outside & even with ceiling fans & box fans going the house was quite warm. Overall it was a good stay & we had a nice vacation.
