Perfect Location

This house was perfect. It was close enough to all the attractions and yet had plenty to do right at the home itself. Loved the clubhouse and all the activities it offered. Will definitely come again!

My family was so impressed with this home!!! So many rooms and so much space. We were comfortable and the kids enjoyed the game room and pool. What a great home for Thanksgiving weekend

Overall nice but parking wasn’t clear

The HOA will tow your car if any part of it is on the sidewalk. There is a way to fit 4 cars but it has to be done in a certain configuration (which was never relayed to us). The property is big and nice overall. Carpet and floors are not very clean. Air conditioning wasn’t working well on second floor and had a leak that they were going to fix. That could be why it was hot upstairs. Main floor stayed cold. There are 2 refrigerators which is a bonus and plenty of dishes and cooking equipment.

Work Team Opportunity

The property was ok - nothing special. Paid to get into the property an hour early and then didn't gain access until 30 minutes before due to entry code not being activated. A Phone contact is very difficult to find so limited a quick response time. Fire alarm was chirping the first night there due to a smoke alarm battery failing and was given a phone call to problem solve turning off the alarm. Never could get hot water in the kitchen sink and the only response was to let it run for 10-15 minutes, which only made it lukewarm.

Family Vacation 2024

For the most part the stay was good. I love the space we had. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The communication was really great with the property manager, Gabby was really just a text away, very quick with answers to any questions or concerns I had. My only issues were, the sofa was full of I guess that was dog hair. I pulled out the vacuum and used one of the attachments to get all the hair off. I thought no pets were allowed. I wish the cleaning people had done that. And the game room was in the garage. It has no air circulation. There was no AC or fans, so we weren't able to even go in there. It was extremely hot. Maybe that needs to be disclosed. Outside of that, the house was in good condition.

Do not rent!

The house is spacious. However, the air conditioner upstairs did not cool. The temperature ranged from 81 degrees during the day and early night. It only reached 72 degrees after the sun went down around 2 am. The property manager made promises but did not keep them. The technician said the unit was working properly, but that was a lie. We never saw a technician. The pictures of the thermostat that the technician provided at 72 degrees was for the downstairs unit. My family suffered the heat upstairs for 5 days straight. They did not offer to relocate us or provide fans. We had to purchase fans as we waited for a resolution to the problem. We never received compensation. We are seeking legal counseling.

Great house

Great house large enough for 12 of us. Hot tub stopped working within hours of us getting to house . Person that services pools at house next door. Asked if he could come over and check it. He said we need to call and report that it had issue. We did and received nasty message that we had broken it turning valves. Told person we had just arrived and had not touched anything response was if it happened again we would be responsible for paying for damages. Hot tub was not functioning for our whole stay we were there nine days. Check in was very confusing they would send out different messages asking for different information day before we arrived they asked for name of all adults in our party because you had to go thru gate upon entering property. At this time he didn’t mention we needed a QR code to enter community so upon arriving at 12:30 am we couldn’t get in because we had never been given QR code . Took a while to be issued code just seemed like should have been better organized check in. Day of check out we are packing up couple next door out side smoking pot for whole time we are packing up to point I was afraid of small children to be outside cause smoke was so thick and smell so strong. House was clean and very nice but service could have been better
