Great place for a family!

This home was perfect for our families Disney trip. The bedrooms were decorated nicely and really comfortable beds! The kids loved the pool, movie theater, and game room. After riding the Avatar ride at Disney, they couldn’t wait to come back and watch the movie in the theatre!! I would highly recommend this property for a family vacation!

Wonderful stay!

Nicely maintained home with space and areas for guests of all ages to relax as well as play. Beds were comfortable as well. Kids loved having a pool and hot tub in the back yard, which was also well maintained.

Spacious comfortable house

We really enjoyed staying at the house. The theater room was appreciated and our 2 year old granddaughters loved the pool. We did have some noisy neighbors a couple of nights, but I don’t that is normal.

This home was everything we wanted and more! Perfect location to drive to the parks. The neighborhood had so many amenities- our kids absolutely loved it! Keith and the property manager were very responsive to any questions. Do not hesitate to book this property!

Annual family vacation

Of all the different places we have stayed this one was a favorite among our adult kids & Grands. They loved all the amenities,, the water parks and the large space for all 11 of us. The pool & movie theater was enjoyed immensely. outdoor one aswell.

Senior Trip

We were there to celebrate our 2024 graduates. This home was absolutely perfect! Our intentions were to spend two days at Universal but the kids enjoyed the house so much that they decided to go to Universal for just one day. I would highly recommend staying on this property!

Fun place

We had a nice time enjoying all of the amenities of this property, including the club house. Management responded right away whenever needed and the house is exactly what the pictures show. The only down fall is the check in process and getting back in the community, we always ended up waiting in a long line no matter time of day it was.

Wonderful house and accommodating host!

This house was wonderful for our friends/family group! Everything was clean and designed very well. The layout was perfect for families with kids who appreciate a little space to spread out after a long day with the little ones. The traffic around the neighborhood can be pretty intense, so just be sure to work that part into your plans - but this house and host was definitely worth it!! We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay and give it a 10/10!

It was a great rental property for my family. The kids had a great time in the pool everyday. We even got good use of the movie room the watch the playoff games.. The host Keith was great. Any question I had he would get back to me right away.

Just what the doctor ordered

We took a long overdue vacation in between my daughter's cancer treatment. It was a perfect home to house 11 of us ages adult to 9yrs old. Something for everyone. The pool table and theater room were the biggest hit. The hot tub and pool was the perfect retreat after being out all day. We loved everything about the space and location.

Quick Visit With Our Daughter

The house was amazing! After searching through countless properties, we loved the Spiderman movie room and the incredible Star Wars game room...and the private pool! So fun and quiet and soooo much space! We easily made it to Disney and to SeaWorld during our trip, too. Our daughter has moved to Davenport so this was close to her and all the action. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Great vacation home!

The vacation home was awesome. There was plenty of room and entertainment for everyone.Check in process was easy. Everyone was able to get in at the gate with no problems.The house was nice and clean with modern amenities. The theater room was great for the kids to watch sonic, Garfield, and other movies.The pool was spacious and the kids said the pool heat worked well. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone.The laundry room is a nice touch. Two modern washers and dryers made laundry so much simpler.It was a great experience for everyone.

10 day stay in January 2024

My husband and I booked the house for a winter getaway for our 2 adult kids, my mum and brother. The house was excellent! It was great to have a room on the main floor for my mum and a large open area for everyone to gather. The house was very clean, well appointed and as described in the write up. One is never really sure about write ups overall or if the pictures are dated etc. when you book - but I can assure anyone booking, this unit is great. Keith and Katie were very responsive - thanks to you both.

The home was definitely a vibe. The game rooms, theater room, and outdoor movie screen were wonderful amenities, on top of the property being on a resort which gave us several options for activities onsite. We cooked a few meals and all cookware and utensils were stocked in the kitchen so we didn't lack for anything in that regard. My main suggestion would be for property manament to make sure electronics/appliances are properly connected and working as expected. We had issues with the outdoor movie screen but figured it out after adjusting the settings and HDMI connection. The ice maker never worked properly even after having the technician come out. He said if it still didn't work after a few hours from him resetting it that he would come back out to replace it. Since we bought ice in the interim, we chose not to interrupt our trip with an additional tech visit but I have no doubt it would've been taken care of. Bedding appeared to be clean despite us finding a few stains that probably just didn't come out in the wash.Overall we had a really great experience and would definitely recommend this rental.The house presented as clean and organized and the ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms was perfect. Our group of 11 was very comfortable. I would absolutely consider this home again.

Excellent value!

We stay at a lot of vacation rentals and own a few of our own. I have never experienced a value like this. I would have expected to pay at least 50% more for this home. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, lots of spaces to hang out, and entertainment for everyone! Our toddler grandson loved the Toy Story space under the stairs, our teen loved the Harry Potter room, our 11 year old loved the bunk room, and everyone loved the pool after the long hot days at the theme parks. The community clubhouse and water park were a great way to spend our free day. The pool side service was excellent. Get the shrimp tacos! The place was spotless, location was convenient, and the host was there when we needed them. You should stay here!

Wonderful home for family

This stay and Universal tickets was our Christmas present to our grandboys and they were so excited. This home didn't disappoint for them as they loved the themed bedrooms, game room, theatre room and of course the pool. The youngest liked the Toy Story room under the stairs. The adults (3 couples) appreciated having king sized beds in their bedrooms and nicely appointed bathrooms. The home is very spacious and it's size was perfect for all of us to enjoy. The community has some nice amenities as well which were available to us. There were a few little things that needed attention but the property manager was easy to reach and communicative. Traffic to and from the parks is a royal pain but that has nothing to do with our stay here. We would recommend this property and community.

Better than Disney

The reason for a renting the house, was for my granddaughter sixth birthday, and our family had plans to go to Disney. But after enjoying all the amenities of the house, which catered to both kids and adults.The play room for kids which my granddaughter enjoyed very much by playing in the tent wihile lookin on YouTube.The gaming system, which teens definitely enjoyed as well as the pool table but the two most favorite was the movie theater, which we all enjoy had movie night and to top that off, we even had movie night outside by the pool with the big screen projector and after enjoying all off that the family decided to cancel the Disney trip so that being said it speaks volumes for the house. I know your family will enjoy the house as well as mine did

This house is amazing - I took my grandkids and their parents to Disney for spring break and this home was the highlight of our stay!!!!! The kids absolutely loved it- they range in age from 1 to 10 and it was PERFECT- I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this home!!!!! The only slight issue was upon check in - the person at the security gate turned about 10 cars around including us - she said we were not listed and we need to call the host and tell them that they need to add us to the house. I called and the host immediately responded and confirmed that we were listed and that he was looking right at it. We went right back and of course it was there. NO reflection of the home or the host-just the person at the security gate.

Nice home, has something for everyone!

The home was as advertised, with plenty of room for our group of 8 to spread out comfortably. One of the highlights was definitely the pool/hot tub with poolside projector screen. The game room upstairs was also a hit with the kids. We also enjoyed the movie room and most nights the kids slept in there. While we truly enjoyed our stay, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The floors and carpets could have been cleaner, and there was an odd smell when we first arrived, which we managed with a few candles. The refrigerator had a leak that required us to frequently mop up water, and the water pressure in the showers was quite weak, even when only one shower was in use. Additionally, some of the chairs in the movie room weren’t functioning properly, which was a bit disappointing. The property manager was extremely responsive and advised they are working on repairing the fridge and chairs. The location is about 30-40 minutes from Disney World depending on traffic, so if theme parks are your main focus, it’s a bit of a drive. However, the house itself had so many amenities and activities to offer that we didn’t mind the distance. Overall, it was a great stay with plenty of space and entertainment options. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend.
