Overall the perfect stay

Everything about this villa was perfect for us. The location is great, so clean and had everything we could think of that you’d need and more. The games room and pool were great and we all had such a great holiday and make memories in this gorgeous villa. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Family fun

An excellent time had by all at this lovely property.We had everything we need for our 3 generations of family aged from 6 months to 60We had great fun in the pool and found it easy to access shopping and parks. But, beware, the I4 can be a challenge at times.Our host was very responsive to all of our requests.

Best house. Amazing in every way. Unique in Solterra with privacy and a lakeside view.

Faultless support and service. Amazing location to all attractions. Beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need. Best house we’ve ever stayed in. Great WiFi throughout with smart TVs everywhere. Super comfy outside furniture. So peaceful. You forgot you’re in a central location.

Great Vacation Home

The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our time! The house was amazing, very clean, comfortable beds, great kitchen and game room! Everyone loved the home! It was a great place to stay! The pool was so much fun, the location was perfect! Had so much fun at the home that we didn’t use the actual resort amenities!

Nice and quite location

The house is equipped with everything you need, the pool has salt system so there is no chlorine smell. The covered patio area is huge.

Stunning Villa

The villa was like a show home, it was well equipped and had plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were ideal, with a nice view. The games room was fantastic. Would recommend

Beautiful Spot Well Located

Beautiful house with fantastic pool/hottub. We were there with 4 parents and 4 kids (10-16) and everyone loved it. Well located between Disney and Universal. Even the chill pool days were great with the dedicated pool and also their resort pool with lazy river etc. Highly recommended!

Great location and close to Disney

Stayed here with 4 adults and it was great. There was two master bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms which was perfect for privacy. The entire home was extremely well taken care of, very clean and tidy. The backyard is beautiful with a pool and a hot tub. It’s super private as it backs onto a lake. Tons of outdoor seating with couches and loungers to enjoy the day outside.

A great place to relax and reset it was so peaceful.

The Sunset Villa was perfect for what we wanted to achieve in a villa. The view of the lake from the pool and the general peaceful surroundings allowed us to unwind and relax. The Villa has every amenity you would require, it was immaculate throughout. Genuinely it was the coolest villa we had ever been to in terms of air conditioning, there was nothing better than spending all day shopping or at the pool then entering a welcoming coolness. A special mention to Devon who was on call whenever we needed her.

Beautiful villa with amazing outdoor area.

An amazing villa in an amazing location overlooking a small lake, no villas backing on to your outside area. Internally the villa was spacious with lovely decor and all the comforts of home. The outside area was the best we have ever had in a Florida villa. A particularly large lanai covered a fab comfortable seating area with outdoor tv (so we could watch England lose in the final of the Euros from the pool) as well as a large dining table and bbq. The pool was a great size which easily accommodated 5 adults each on their own lilo! Magical Memories were particularly responsive when we ran out of bbq gas, a new one was delivered the next day and the pool was cleaned regularly. Would highly recommend this villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to Devon, James and everybody who ensured our stay was perfect from start to finish.

What a Wonderful Villa with the most stunning views

We have visited Florida more than 20 times, all of these visits (except the first) we stayed in villas with private pools. We have never rented a villa with such beautiful nature preserve views as this one has.We stayed there between september 13th 2023 and October 3rd 2023. We also loved the colours used in the interiors of this villa. The light teints were a relief for us, as most villas use so much dark brown furniture. We were only with the two of us, my wife and me. So we only used the ground floor. As I am a wheelchair-user we specifically asked if entering the villa would be possible with a wheelchair, which definitely was the case. Also reaching the terrace was no problem what soever. We would absolutely like to rent this villa again. As there is such a large lanai, it was always possible to sit outside without getting wet during the rainy times. As it rains quite often (mostly short periods) this is one big advantage over villas without a lanai. (Especially using a wheelchair). Also recently added very nearby an Olive Garden, Longhorn, Ford's Garage + Starbucks (Championsgate south-east side of I-4). Also the fact that the villa is in a gated community made us feal extra safe. Solterra Community also has very beautifull amenities like f.e. a swimming pool with lazy river. This has been the most beautiful villa of all that we have visited. Also we would like to thank our contactperson Devon from Magicalmemoriesvillas who has done an excellent job in handling any issues that we had during our stay. We will definitely book here again if the villa is available.

Perfect vacation home

This villa was perfect for our family vacation. The home was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay seamless. The pool area was exceptional and the view watching the cranes come in at dusk was the cherry on top. We will definitely be staying here again!!
