This is the worst hotel I’ve seen in my entire life. The room has roaches and it’s dirty, the floor was humid and the smell was awful, cabinets were broken and bed sheets were stained. I ended up leaving and had to find another place, there was just no way. Ps: They refused to give me a refund even though I have pictures of the nasty room. Never again, just go somewhere else folks.

The room smelled like a basement. There was mold in the bathroom. The bathroom door was too close to the toilet. One of the drawers in the closet would not open. On our way out we saw a large cockroach.

Baño sin funcionar. Se cayó la cabecera plástica sobre nuestra cabeza 3 noches seguidas porque a pesar de los diversos reportes no repararon estas anomalías. Las habitaciones no las limpian salvo que se solicite con 24 hrs de anticipación y por último una cucaracha en el tocador. La manager es la persona más déspota e incompetente que nos ha tocado en un hotel: su respuesta fue que la cabecera se pega con cinta y que ya la habían reparado y que si el golpe no nos mandó al hospital no veía el problema; y que las cucarachas vienen de afuera de la propiedad..... ¡inepta! Además los pasillos sucios. Desayuno extremadamente limitado. En conclusión: hay una gran oferta de hospedajes en la ciudad como para elegir este taaaan malo.

Sheets were clean, surfaces were clean, but the room itself was completely out of shape with mold on the ceiling, slippery old laminate floors, moisture staining on everything. Overall exactly what I should’ve expected for how cheap the stay was

We are frequent travers to Orlando as we have annual passes to the theme parks. I will say this was the worse place we have ever stayed. The first room they put us in we could not get the door to open so they had to move us, the room they moved us to was do disgusting and smelled HORRIBLE. Of course they did not have any other rooms. There was black mold everywhere, the trim around the ceiling was falling off, the headboard was covered in mold and rust, the place was so dirty, and they just did not care. We checked out early and came home. I will never stay here again.

Great little property, close to Universal Studios, various shopping and other attractions are nearby. Parking was easy and the pool was great. Would recommend for budget travelers that don’t mind an older building & interior.

The pictures lied to you , idk if it’s in the middle of changing owners or what but there was rust literally everywhere in the room we had to freeze ourselves or eles the room becomes damps and wet everywhere, I seen cracks throughout the whole room and the worst part was that I know that some paid the same price as i did but actually got a better room , I will not be going back to that hotel , but give a raise to the ppl working at the front desk for them being very hospitable

Being charged for a room, I didn't even stay in. The hotel was dirty, with mold on the wall. Expedia and the hotel are telling me they won't refund me. Horrible, I won't be doing business with either party and will place my complaint with the BBB, and if nesscary, the city, due to mold, which is unsafe for guests to even stay at the hotel I booked through Expedia.

The room was awful. The hair dryer was melted and sparking, there was no fire detector, there was food debris under the bed and mold all through the bathroom. I would never stay here again. The humidity in the room was locked in the A/c and it left the entire room feeling slightly damp with condensation. Worst nights sleep I’ve had in years
