Experience an unforgettable Orlando vacation in this magical fully furnished 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom townhome, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor private pool, and multiple themed rooms.
· Community: Windsor Island Resort, Davenport. Located near a variety of restaurants and shopping centers.
· 20-minute ride from Disney World Resort, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios (Travel times may vary due to traffic)
· Location: 3705 Pacific Lane, Davenport, FL, 33897, US.
· Parking: Parking available in designated areas in front of the house.
Important Note:
Per resort regulations, this home accommodates up to 4 registered vehicles. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be in designated areas only. Please adhere to these rules to avoid towing, fines, or denied entry.
Important information for your arrival:
• Self-check-in
o Check-in: 4:00pm
o Check-out: 10:00am
Access code to the digital lock will be provided prior to arrival. Please note that Casago Orlando does not operate a 24-hour check-in desk.
Perks at this home include:
• Central A/C and WIFI
• Modern, fully equipped, eat-in kitchen with new stainless appliances. Cookware and utensils are also provided for your convenience.
• Open-concept, group friendly layout
• Iron, washer & dryer
• Pack' n Play and highchair available upon request with no extra cost (If a second Pack 'n Play or highchair is needed, an additional fee of $35 will apply)
• Comfortable appointed beds
• Private pool (heating for an additional cost of $50 USD per day)
• Pet-friendly! A non-refundable fee of $135 per pet applies only if bringing pets
• Valet trash service (refer to specific rules in check-in instructions)
• Air mattress can be requested
• Shared community amenities like multiple pools, a lazy river, beach volleyball, outdoor basketball, Game Zone, Full gym and more
We provide a small starter kit, which includes:
o 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
o 1 hand soap per bathroom
o 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
o 1 sponge in the kitchen
o 1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen
o 1 paper towel in the kitchen
o 1 laundry detergent
o 1 garbage bag
Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the condo. Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
Rules and guidelines:
POOL – We clean the pool weekly with or without guests. If you would like to be notified of the date of the inspection, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be happy to send a specialist.
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.
PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.
