Family vacation

We had 18 people in our group ranging from 3 to 73 years old. This property was perfect for our group. We never felt like we were right on top of each other. We took advantage of all the amenities that we paid for. The pool/spa area, and the game room were used every day. The clubhouse was very nice, but we were only able to take advantage of it a few times. The two refrigerators, dishwashers, and washers/dryers came in very handy. For large groups this place is worth it.

Excellent Property and Close to Everything

Highly recommend this property for visiting the parks - home had everything needed to relax. Solterra resort pool etc. was very nice and accommodating for our handicapped adults and for all ages of kids. The owner was very responsive, although we had no real issues during our 8 day stay.

We came for a Disney and ocean vacation. We are a family of 10 and the house location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The amenities were very entertaining for our family right at the house for our stay and rest days. Frankie was an excellent host.

Decent home close to Orlando bit not much around.

Issues communicating with the home owner. Billed hundreds of dollars for a damage deposit for an old towel that was already damaged. Cleaning ladies were there after checkin. No towels or anything in the bathrooms. False advertising for the game room and other bedrooms that are locked. Everything was an upcharge to gain access. I suggest contacting the owner prior to renting to get a list of all of the extra fees. Hot tub was cold and not ready for use.access. Renters reach out to

The house is GORGEOUS!! It was a great place for a Mommy and Me weekend. We felt safe and very comfortable. The location is amazing and seems father away than it is which is great if you forget COFFEE. Owner was so gracious to our phone calls and even called to check on us at one point. I can’t wait to stay here again.

Beautiful home

The check-in process was very easy, Frankie was responsive and diligent in dealing with the minor air conditioning issue that we had. We all enjoyed the themed rooms, the space, and the opportunity to be together! We will definitely look to return. Happy kids.

A beautiful getaway home

We absolutely loved our family getaway for the weekend. Frankie was swift and always helpful during our stay. There was 18 of us including kids and there was something for everyone. The rooms are beautifully decorated to Disney themes. Nice location not too far away from all the main attractions. It’s within a nice up in coming neighborhood. We will return for sure. So much space and room for families.

Great family reunion!

Our experience was awesome...check in was smooth and easy. Everything was as expected throughout the house. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood. We went to the community pool twice and it was great too. If we had any questions/issues, I just called and if he didn't answer, he called back shortly afterwards to see what i needed and provide the assistance. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the house, pool and the gameroom was a hit with everyone. The only issue was the firepit was not usable, but after talking with the owner and he explained why we understood. All issues we had we addressed immediately by the owner. Would definitely rent again.

We had a fabulous stay…!!

The house was beautiful. Character themed bedrooms were a big hit with the kids. Game room was amazing and kept kids and adults alike entertained. Pool and Spa were a wonderful relief after many active days out. Frankie was always just a phone call away and very responsive. We would definitely stay there again. 14 adults and 6 children and nobody was tripping over each other. House is close to most parks but traffic all around Orlando is horrendous….!!
