In general it was a good property to stay at. Everything was good for us, we did have initial problems with our main tv in the living room, it was solved in a timely manner. There were no instructions on how anything worked, that would have been nice. The area of the property was in a good location, for safety and accessibility. We felt that the cost of this property was definitely on the high side. We’re not sure what we are going to do next year, but we will definitely shop around. Thanks

Very nice apartament but floor was very dirty and wasn’t enough toilet paper, soap was so old and to the old sop they add something else, no detergent in the kitchen to clean the dishes etc ! Small things but I have to make shopping to buy those things ! TV I living room wasn’t working !

It was a very nice location and condo. Close to Disney for the kids. Very helpful. Unfortunately a lot of the messages weren’t getting through because of the ap itself but they were quite helpful and diligent on replies! Thanks again for the stay. Also allowed me to stay 30 minutes extra because the kids were running behind!

Carla was very responsive when I inquired or needed help with something. The house was clean & spacious for me and my family! When I come back to Florida, I would definitely book there again. I was in the vicinity of everything. I enjoyed the house. I really didn't want to go back to my own house. Oh, and there were two patios. I enjoyed sitting out there with my son (5) and baby girl (7mo). The pool was awesome too! If anyone gets the chance to book with Carla, you will enjoy your stay! A satisfied customer!🤩

Spacious private condo in convenient location
Family of 5 spent a great week in Carla's condo. Plenty of room for us and extremely kid friendly. Very good communication with owner throughout stay. High floor with wooded views. Very nice community pool and hot tub. Internet has plenty of speed to support remote working and steaming video on the large flat screen in the living room. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Apartment
This apartment is beautiful and spacious and we enjoyed our time here very much. The beds are comfortable and there was everything we needed for our stay. The grounds of the complex are well cared for and the pool area is lovely and relaxing. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and I would highly recommend this apartment. Visited Universal and Disney
This was posted as 13 mi from Universal, not as helpful as a time. It’s easily 35-45 minutes, (all times of day) FYI. Place was roomy, clean, the lady was responsive when booking. Carpet worn, decor dated, provide a bare minimum of towels ( I guess that’s OK ?) if she sees this she should get rid of all her fake flowers. Super old and dated. Beds were so-so, I probably wouldn’t have been able to sleep great if I had not walked 16k steps a day. Same for comfort of old (but clean) rattan couches, luckily we only sat on them < an hour at a time. The complex is very pretty outside, it felt safe and it has gated security. Overall I think it was absolutely fair for the money. You get what you pay for, she hit our price point and we were a little farther away and the condo wasn’t the newest or the greatest, but it was good. I have no beef, I don’t want this to sound negative but this is what I would tell my best friend if she wanted my opinion.

Spacious and Cozy 2 BR Caribe Cove Resort Condo
The condo is very spacious compared to other vacation rentals in the area. It is nicely furnished and comfortable. It just feels like home. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked all our meals there. The resort is safe and well maintained with friendly staff. We enjoyed our month long stay very much. Carla is excellent to work with and she is very responsive to our inquiries.
