House was big enough to fit a family of 17 comfortably. Could be a bit cleaner and there was an ant issue and some roach spottings, called the property managers and pest control came out right away. Other than that the stay was great.

The house was just like the pictures. It needs some upgrades (2nd floor laundry room electrical work, new patio furniture for pool area and balcony. The movie theater projector machine needs to be replaced. And living room furniture is very old. But overall, the family enjoyed themselves.

The house was just a described. There were some things that were missing but were quickly replaced or fixed due to onsite management company. The water park in the community had something for everyone. It wasn’t too crowded and all of the restaurants were open. We have stayed at many of the residential resorts in the area and this one is best by far.

The house was gorgeous! It really looked like the pictures on the website. Plenty of room for 15 girls to all have their own bed and bathrooms!
