Birthday trip in january for family

Overall, the house was nice enough. Nothing spectacular. Average I would say. My biggest issue was that i paid $175 for the pool to be heated and no matter what the weather was outside- 65 or 35 the temperature for the pool water never got above 78 degrees so i wasn’t even able to use the pool once. I called three times and then when it still wasn’t usable to me I requested a refund. They denied my request. I am beyond disappointed to say the least. It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it to be either. My husband found a chicken bone under the grey couch in the living room when he was sweeping the floor, but we didn’t eat chicken at all so it wasn’t from us. :(
