We arrived late due to flight and hertz being out of rental cars. Our room was unavailable at 3:00am. Exhausted with 2 children. I made sure in my note to Expedia that we would be arriving late and to not sell the room. They did anyways and we pre-paid!

Bad. Smelled of marijuana. And didn’t feel safe with people drinking outside, propping doors and no staff around. Booked 7 days and stayed one night. Lost 6 nights but our safety wasn’t worth it.

Poor experience. Poor lobby appearance, not here clean hotel in general. Pictures are deceiving. Rooms are old. My son locked himself in the bathroom, the response of the person at the front desk, who didn’t look like she wanted to be there, was “there’s no maintenance available at this time.” I said “Maintenance or no maintenance, my son is still in there. Don’t you have a master key?” She handed me a key chain with 20 keys and “try these.” None of them worked. I ended up forcing one of them in and was able to free my son. The phone in my room didn’t even work. That same person strongly knocked on our door the next morning and woke us up to get the keys back. The shower was also bad, very tricky to get the water temperature right. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Was ok for a one night stay. In the price point. Omly 2 complaints to note, and that's the bath tub looked to be horribly refinished with some type of coating to make it whiter or to cover stains. I didnt want to shower in it at all, and the ice machine on my floor was so loud you could hear it clear down the hall, so I just asked for a room on a different floor and it was fine. The staff was very nice, and my check-in went smoothly.

I will say, the staff member who checked me in was an absolute delight. He’s a younger gentleman, and he was very helpful and kind. My biggest concern with my stay is that I arrived late after flying into Orlando to catch a connecting flight in the morning. I just needed a place to sleep. Upon arrival to my room, I walked into an odd stench.. it almost smelled like cat urine. The room was pretty clean but pretty underwhelming at the same time.. they did provide a car freshener hanging from the ceiling to help with the smell, which obviously didn’t help much. I’m not sure if all the rooms are like this, but mine certainly was. The only reasonI didn’t request another room or request a refund because it was one in the morning and I only had to sleep for a couple of hours before I had to leave.

Wir waren nach dem langen Flug für eine Nacht hier. Hat absolut ausgereicht, Bett war bequem und mit nur ca 10 Minuten Fahrtzeit vom Flughafen ideal gelegen, wenn man einfach nurnoch ins Bett fallen will. Essensmöglichkeiten gibt’s auch drumherum..
