How to start! Check-in was terrible. I didn’t receive my check in code for 1.5 hours after my check in time. When my children were going to bed. There was hair and stains on the bed. The bunk bed were extremely lose and not steady. My kids were afraid to sleep on the top bed. In the master bed room bed was broken. My husband and I were Afraid that the bed was going to finish breaking. Also after day 4. We noticed a camera was placed in to back but we were not notified that it was recently added. So we have to reach out to host to ask. We should have known this was going to be a very stressful experience. We were having trouble with host after booking. They wanted to change our price after we already book. Not worth the extra stress. Woke up to random men by the pool cleaning it. Then they left the open. No warning

Nice unit / busy community

The rental unit was good and as advertised. We had issues with the door lock beeping during our entire stay despite asking to have it fixed, it was very loud. The check in process was difficult and the waiting to get into the community was chaotic, taking over 45 minutes to get through the front gate and register. Communication with the property manager was ok. They were very nice but seemed reactive. I asked to rent the golf cart ahead of our stay but that was never set up. The community is very busy (perhaps the holiday were a part of that) and the staff there isn’t great and seemed very cold for hospitality staff. Overall just ok and good for big groups.
