Trash around couch, air didn't not work most of the stay, set alarm and someone came in while we was gone and disarmed it. Tvs did not work in the bedrooms only in the living room

I wished I liked this place

We really wanted to like this place because it was our first big vacation. The home was subpar. I’m usually not one to complain but I felt that an honest review will help everyone out. The photos look much nicer than the home actually did. Cleanliness at a first glance is at a 4/5 but after our first night and we start to see how the home actually functions as a living space cleanliness goes down to a 2/5. The air conditioning was not great. It mostly reached the bottom part of the house, the kids kept complaining about the ac. Half of the beds were too hard to use so the kids slept on the sofas instead. The WiFi was spotty enough for calls to drop, definitely not optimal. The shared pool that was advertised is not one that we were able to use nor had access to. Communication was horrible. We weren’t told where the pool was nor how to get there when we first got to the home. At one point we were told by the representatives that the pool didn’t exist at all only to be told that our pool key card to the community pool was in the hands of neither the representatives nor the locals that owned the home. The description says that the card should be in the drawer underneath the phone, but it was left with a person whose name we were not informed about instead- isn’t that strange. There are many people who work behind the scenes, and so whenever an issue came up the entire situation had to be re-explained and we would be told to wait again and again for a response. We spent over 6 hours trying to get the information above about the shared pool after jumping through unnecessary hoops and hurdles because we couldn’t talk to those that knew about the home and had to talk to them through a third party. Honestly I’m really confused about the positive reviews that convinced me to book this place, take it from me and book something else.

Stay at Four Corners

No dust pan to clean up with. Un-used mattress in the living room. Cockroaches in bathrooms. Beds uncomfortable. Thermostat set to 77-degrees. No local channels on tv. Three calls to property managers before a response.

It's not worth the money they want

The house wasn't what I thought it was going to be...you can not controll the air/heat..the game room did not work..All the beds was not right ...

Beautiful Property

We visit Florida every year in the wintertime and this by far has been our favorite stay. The home is very large, well kept, in a lovely neighborhood and near the Disney attractions, but outside all the hectic traffic. My only suggestion is to upgrade another bedroom to a queen size. Thanks for a great stay. We will be booking again!

The perfect getaway

We could not have asked for a better home for our family vacation. The unit is very spacious clean and tons to do around the area. I will definitely be bringing my family back here to enjoy the time. Vacasa did a phenomenal job of communicating clearly with us and offering a service that is top notch. Mahon had all the perks of a hotel But the benefits of a home

Nice home not so close to the amusement parks

The house is as advertised. It has room for 8 people to sleep but does not have enough chairs. At the breakfast table there are only 4 chairs and at the dining room table 6. The customer service from vacasa is GREAT. I will continue renting their homes.

Winter getaway!

We enjoyed the location and the cleanliness, it was very spacious in a nice neighborhood. It was close to the places that we needed to visit. The only thing that bothered me was that it was so cold day and night the termistat was control by a pin number.

Great Property Love Vacasa!

This property was so homey and fully stock. There was nothing we needed to enjoy our stay. The home was spotless and attention to detail unsurpassed. We look forward to coming back again. I would also like to thank the property manager who made sure we didn't want for anything. Thank you Vacasa!

Very nice home

Overall the house was very nice, was disappointed that out of the 4 rooms 2 didn't have televisions. I found a lot of concerns within the home made sure I noted & notified the management team in which they responded immediately. Didn't know that we had to contact the office to gain access to the community pool. Me & the family would definitely stay here again just need more TVs and more cable channels for the children.......

Just as described.

Nice rental

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. We are a family of five and the home does need more dishes for large families but other than that we had a very nice week! Kind of a lengthy drive from main attractions but plenty of restaurants and grocery options in the area.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay

First time I use this company Vacasa and I should say I am totally surprised. Overall experience was much better than expected. Neat, organized and clean. Very comfortable and quiet. Highly recommended!
