Welcome to this one-of-a-kind gorgeous home that features 12 bedrooms, 11.5 bathrooms, a game room, and a stunning theater with a 120" screen and high def projector. With double sinks in the kitchen, and an extra large living/dining room area, this villa features a unique style of it's own. Only 15 mins to Disney!!

Why you will love this home:

-Extended living/dining room area, making it larger inside from other 12 bedrooms homes in the area.
-Kitchen features 2 sinks, 2 fridges, and 2 dishwashers.
-Brand new theater with 120" high definition screen and projector.
-Game room with Playstation 5 gaming system, air hockey table, and foosball table.
-Private heated Pool and Spa with a private a private lanai seating area and BBQ.

Sleeping Arrangements: 17 beds total (4 King beds, 4 Queen beds, 2 Double bed, 7 Twin beds).

**Pool and Hot Tub Heat: pool and spa heating is additional $30/day. Please let us know at least 3 days in advance if you would like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for full time of your stay.

BBQ: there is a one time $50 BBQ fee if you use the BBQ.

Guests will access to the entire home.

Parking: guests can park 5 vehicles in the driveway. Please note there is no parking on the street at any time. The HOA will tow any car parked on the street.

Resort: Guests have full access to Veranda Palms Resort amenities at no additional cost. The amenities include a large community pool, water slide, fitness center, and lounging area. The resort is open from 9AM-9PM.

Veranda Palms Resort is centrally located with easy access to Disney Parks (15 mins drive) , Universal (25 mins drive).
