**Pool and Hot Tub Heat: pool and spa heating is additional $30/day. Please let us know at least 3 days in advance if you would like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for full time of your stay.

BBQ: there is a one time $50 BBQ fee if you use the BBQ.

Guests will access to the entire home.

Parking: guests can park 5 vehicles in the driveway. Please note there is no parking on the street at any time. The HOA will tow any car parked on the street.

Resort: Guests have full access to Veranda Palms Resort amenities at no additional cost. The amenities include a large community pool, water slide, fitness center, and lounging area. The resort is open from 9AM-9PM.

Veranda Palms Resort is centrally located with easy access to Disney Parks (15 mins drive) , Universal (25 mins drive).
