Walk to the convention center and International Drive. Quiet and private this condo sleeps up to 6. New floors and appliances, remodeled kitchen area and all new furniture! You will love our open-plan space with comfortable seating, Smart TVs. Comfortable dining area leads to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need to prepare a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner. Just off the living area is a private patio where you can plan your day while you enjoy coffee in the warm Florida sunshine.

The master bedroom has a pillow-top king mattress with en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower. The 2 guest bedrooms both have pillow-top queens. All bedrooms have smart flat-screen TVs.

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

DIGITAL GUIDE
We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, you can also find it under the House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Melo's Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

In the unlikely event that circumstances necessitate us to change the property confirmed on your reservation, we will seek to relocate your reservation to a property of a similar or superior standard within our available inventory.
