Peaceful Lake View Retreat Near Disney – Spotlessly Clean!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa near Disney! The home was immaculately clean, which gave us peace of mind from the moment we walked in. The layout was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight was definitely the stunning lake view – perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunset after a day at the parks. The neighborhood was quiet and well-kept, offering a peaceful break from the hustle and bustle of nearby attractions. Location-wise, it's just a short drive to Disney, restaurants, and shopping, making it incredibly convenient for families. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and scenic home base in Orlando.

Fantastic Family Retreat

We loved everything about 122 Hills Bay. From the moment we arrived to a sparkling home, to the delivery of our gift basket, to the quick resolution of a few minor issues, to the professional and friendly service on every interaction, we can't say enough good things about Ellis Exclusive and White Rose. This home offers lots of space to spread out, with two living areas! The backyard is the crown jewel, with comfortable patio furniture, a covered deck and a large heated pool that was enjoyed daily. Fantastic appliances were put to good use. A few more kitchen utensils would have been helpful (steak knives, cheese grater, small saucepan, small flipper,better coffee mugs) but none of this would stop us from recommending this property and returning again. Nice central location to shopping and groceries. Quiet neighborhood. Thanks to the owners and the management company - Great Job! Great Home!
