Wonderful property

The owners have done a terrific job with this property. We appreciated that the kitchen was fully equipped and everything was easy to find. Very close to all the Orlando fun. Highly recommend this property!

THE place to stay at Orlando

A great place to stay while visiting Orlando. The house has everything you need, very clean, comfortable and quiet. It has every detail been taken care, even labeled switches! We had a wonderful time. Definetly a place to be back.

First use of VRBO and loved it.

Great property and very easy to check in / set up. Only disappointment was that the poolside bar / food was not open and pool closed 8-815 ish. We chose condo this trip (we come down twice a year) to just relax and boring poolside work food and drink was a deciding factor. Everything else was great!

Four day stay

The property was really nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable! Only complaint were the noisy neighbors at night, coffee pot wouldn't work unless you hold the button down and then construction on the patio that started at 8am the day we left. Nevertheless, we'd go back again! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Comfortable

We stay in Orlando or lot and have seen both the nice places in the not so nice places. This was a really nice place! The bed was really comfortable. There was plenty of seating for us. The condo was very clean. It had everything we needed. It’s not perfect. It could use some updates but it’s definitely a nice comfortable place to stay.

Worth it!

The place was clean and comfortable. Little things like the switches on the walls were labeled! Attention to detail, absolutely! We were in Florida for a tournament in Orlando. Not too far away. If we go back to Orlando, this will be where we stay!

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed staying in the home and the pool area was very nice. We frequented the tiki hut for snacks and dinner many times. The beds were very comfy and the couches were clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. I wished a mop was available for weekly cleanings as we were there for three weeks. The patio was not used much and could use a power wash. We never experienced any outside noise and found everyone at office very friendly. We would return in the future. Thanks!

Basically okay

Mostly true to the description. The hot tub was not being maintained and unavailable for use. The thermostat kept reverting to a preset no matter how many times it was adjusted.

Lovely Resort

We had to ask for the decking to be pressured washed. It was full of mud. Could not use the Hot tub as there were no steps to get into it. The controls for the TV and Air Con should be explained on how they work. Only 4 dining chairs around table. Not enough The house was very clean. Could not talk to any property management. Telephone in house not working.

Loud neighbor

Everything was fine but my neighbor was extremely loud in middle of the night like 1-2 am in the pool having a party and when I call security they didn’t take care of it immediately. I couldn’t sleep for 1 hour after calling security and when I called the second time, the security finally called the police.

Spacious Townhouse

This condo is spacious, showers are great, & beds are comfy. Unfortunately, using the 2 remotes to operate the main tv is challenging as there are no directions. We requested directions several times & noone provided them. We notified the management company the 2nd day after arrival that the refrigerator was leaking water & washing machine wasn’t working prooerly. It took 6 days before a technician repaired both...freezer was blocked with ice & water dripped constantly over all our food. Pool is nice, but it's small for the size of the community & does not have enough chairs. Traffic in the area was challenging!
