Perfect Stay

Pictures do not do this home justice! My family and I stayed here for my daughter's birthday week and everyone enjoyed the stay. It has everything you need plus some so you really don't have to leave the home unless you want to. The games, theater, pool, and large dining area were highlights for our group. We lived the privacy offered by having a bathroom in each room. I would recommend adding pool heat to your stay. We will definitely stay again!

This property was nothing short of incredible! The bedrooms were very neat and spacious while the kids' play room kept our three children happy throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this house to anyone planning to visit Orlando.

Lovely Resort and community.

I was recently referred by a friend to these villas. We spent a week there and our stay was unforgettable. The property was super clean and spacious which was a perfect fit for my wife and our four children. With the groceries and family friendly resort just within ten minutes drive, I definitely recommend them. There was construction going on in the community but still, house was neat and clean!

We stayed with a group of 23. The house was spacious and plenty of room for us all. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor pool area was spacious and enjoyed by all. The golf simulator never worked during our 9 day stay even though we called numerous times asking for it to be fixed. We had seen earlier reviews mentioning it didn’t work and specifically asked before our stay and it was confirmed working. Very disappointing as this was one of the reasons we chose this house. Another thing to note for future guests, there is plenty of crockery and utensils but the kitchen is not equipped to cook for 20. The only pot big enough to cook pasta for our group didn’t have a lid, there are no sheet pans, large casserole dishes etc. We had to go out and buy aluminum dishes and sheet pans to make it work.

Good property

House was real nice, but had some issues with no heat in pool, gas grill didn't work, 1st 3 days, the fan above had no knob to turn on, so worker left pliers to turn on. Also nothing or grill brush to clean the grill. Air conditioner went out on 1st floor for 3 days. No kitchen utensils set. The ones they had were old and broken, worker took pictures and said would bring back new ones, never did. Pans were old and fell apart. Issues with wifi the 1st 3 days spotty working. Issues with several TV's not working the 1st few days, as well as the TV projector In the Movie room especially. As for the house it self, it had a nice setup, just had multiple issues operating and not as happy for the large amount of money I spent!

Solterra is love.

New home. very big and spacious. Well stocked with all the essentials. Still smelled like paint. outside community not finished yet. Solterra park was great for kids
