Beautiful home. Issues with pool heat

This is a very nice house with great amenities and it was very clean. A Friday night check in can be quite busy at the front gate but they did their best to check people in quickly. The house and pool area were both enjoyable and easily big enough for two families. We had issues with the pool heater that were never resolved properly. The only support we had was the regular weekly visit from the pool cleaner who only fixed the pool heat temporarily. Overall a very nice house and location marred by some pool heat issues.

Home was good gate access and security are ridiculous. The house can sleep 18 people but only 2 cars are allowed all other guest have to park outside of community in a complex and risk being towed parking situation sucks. Other then that stay was great and the house was well kept

Disappointing property

We’ve stayed in this community before and had great experiences—previous rental homes were exactly as advertised, and the property management companies were accommodating and responsive. Unfortunately, this particular property did not live up to the standards we’ve come to expect from VRBO listings in this area.While the home advertised a well-outfitted kitchen and game room amenities, many of the games were broken. When we contacted the property management team, they said they would check with maintenance and follow up, but we never heard back during our entire stay.The kitchen had plenty of plates and silverware, but was lacking in basic cooking supplies. We had to purchase several items from Walmart just to prepare simple breakfasts and dinners. Most of the pots and pans were so warped that they were unusable on the stove.Additionally, many things came with extra charges—pool heat, the grill, and even a two-hour late check-out (despite the property not being booked after our stay).Noise was another issue. The neighborhood was loud, with several homes hosting large groups partying until 2 or 3 a.m., playing music at very high volumes.On a positive note, the community pool area is very nice and remains one of the highlights of this location. However, due to the overall experience with this property, we’ll be looking elsewhere for our stay next year.
