Disappointed
We found the home spacious, but not enough parking. There were several issues with the home when we arrived, since the office was closed we had to wait to report until the next morning. The maintenace crew did not come out until the following afternoon. The Gaming Console remotes were broke, there was only 1 pool cue and it was broken, the remote batteries were all cooroded throughout the house. The HDMI cable from Projector to screen was broken. All of the features that the 8 kids that we had with us were looking forward to they were not able to enjoy until the day before our depaparture. The pool was a lot smaller than it appeared in pictures, lounge chairs were all broken and the small grassy area for the kids to play has long grass and tons of tall weeds. There was trash in brushes by the pool area. Having 2 refrigerators was wonderful, however on had an icemaker that kept freezing and dripping out out of the dispenser. Several white comforters had stains on them, the tupperware containers were mismatched either missing tops or no bottoms and despite the fact that no pets allowed, the upstairs especially smelled like dog so there must have been a dog there. The front door handle was broken and kept popping off everytime we tried to leave. I left a message and never received a call back. For the amount that we paid for a long weekend away, we were pretty dispoointed in the condition of this home.
