Great roomy place that’s close to everything

Super clean and roomy place. Will def stay here again. Close to everything and loved the security of outdoor pool. (Alarms with patio door)

Busy but good

The townhouse was spacious enough for the 6 of us and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the arcade, pool table, gym, basketball court, and pool. The pool and hot tub were always quite busy. It was conveniently located near a Walmart for groceries and 20-30 minutes away from many tourist sights. There some small appliances that weren’t working and the manager had them replaced for us quite quickly.

We had a good stay. Had a bug issue that when I reached out was resolved in about 1 day. ( still had the issue but it’s Florida) . Beds were not very comfortable, however, the place was clean and overall comfortable. We were close to the pool and could walk. I will stay in this area again for sure !

Whimsical Wonderland was Wonderful

The townhouse is in a great location. Very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. We were a little disappointed that the pool furniture was different from the online pictures. The floating lounge chairs were not there, and they are always so comfortable. Instead there were were 2 Adirondack plastic chairs, and a metal chair that was rickety. We did not use the metal chair. Other than that, everything was great and we would definitely rent it again, if available for the dates we want. Thank you to our host!

Great place, greay location

One problem with this town house is that the front door locks automatically, which makes it a pain to go to the vehicle and bring in groceries or anything when your hands are full. You always have to key in the code. The patio door has a alarm which goes off if you leave the patio door open for 5 seconds. I get security should be top notch but these two issues were just a pain. Other then that the place was very clean and as advertised.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have mixed feeling on this rental. I asked for an early check in as I saw on website that no one was using the night before. I was told the fee (which I was ok with) but only gives you an extra 2-3 hours, didn't help me any. I normally get a condo so this townhouse was tight even though same number of rooms. Some furniture needs updating, some items from picture not in unit anymore. There were quite quick to respond to fire alarm issues and the AC issue we had. Nice if AC didn't take 4-5 hours to show, but management seamed quick.

My contact person Kara, was absolutely awesome from the start of booking my stay until the day I left. My stay was extremely comfortable I would highly recommend VCF for all your rental needs. The only complaint the master bed was no so comfortable.

We really enjoyed this quiet end unit with plenty of space to relax at the end of a long park day. It was super convenient to all Disney parks and not a bad drive to Universal. The bath towels provided were very nice, smelled great, and were plentiful. There was also many beach towels available too. The only odd thing about the rental was that we were never provided any check out instructions. Not a big deal, just odd. We would certainly stay here again when coming to Orlando.

It was missing a water pitcher (I wanted to make ice tea but had nothing to put it in), a pizza pan, and a pizza cutter. These are just a couple minor details which would have been nice to have.

The master bed was extremely uncomfortable and very old, squeaky and gave me the worse back aches. Did not enjoy my sleep. Home did not come with any hangers either so I called for some to be brought in. Out of my entire experience, Kara, the Director of Guest Relations was AMAZING! She answered my calls promptly, after hours and she came to my rescue quickly!! I work in hospitality and she is the epitome of excellence in service. Thank you Kara!

Celebrating my son’s40th birthday. Papa, son and grandson for a week. Place was easy access to the things we wanted to see. Short trip from airport. House was clean, spacious and comfy. The beds and private baths from each. Private pool was a nice quiet way to the day. Pool, slide and water feature kept the 7 year old busy. Nice place
