Great vacation rental

This place did not disappoint. The amenities were amazing. The home was clean didn't need to go out and get anything. The only issue we had was the TV not working but we were on vacation so really did without. Amazing communication with the host he was on top of everything!!! I would recommend 9.9

Everything was as described. Clean and spacious. Neighborhood was safe and well lighted and close to Universal Studios. Loved having a fully functional kitchen and everything you need at your disposal.

Clean, comfortable and just as listed

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as listed — spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the kitchen essentials we needed. It was such a treat to have our own little private pool to relax in, and we also really enjoyed spending time at the beautiful resort pool.The space was very comfortable overall. The only small suggestion would be to consider updating the couch, but it didn’t take away from our experience. Overall, a great stay and we’d definitely return!

Poor

Bad communication with management. Very dangerous giving the wrong code for unit someone unit. Water park did not have access per clubhouse. It took three days for someone to change the code for our unit. The unit was not as clean as it should have been.
