「We had a lovely experience. The hosts were amazing and the site is exactly as advertised. I mean: it's rustic and a bit rugged but we are not exactly adventurous travellers and we had a delightful experience. Don't let glamping scare you off. Our accommodation had a heater and heated bed and we had a very comfortable sleep. We really enjoyed the views, the nature, and the company of other guests. I left feeling like I wanted to stay another night.」

「We were really excited to stay here, but there were multiple reasons we probably wouldn't again. The pictures make these tents looks like they are isolated. Instead they are located in a semicircle 10 feet each other, meaning there is not a lot of privacy and you will hear your neighbors' conversations. The path to get to our assigned tent was only partially cut, walking through 2-ft tall weeds. The screen material on our tent's entrance had a large rip and the zipper didn't work to fully close...

「Das Ferienhaus Ingolfsfjall direkt im Golden Circle in Island war super sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Da blieben bei unserem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Lage ist ideal für vielfältige Aktivitäten im Süden Islands und ins angrenzende Hochland.Besonders hervorzuheben sind die hervorragende Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern und die wertvollen Informationen, die wir im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthaltes erhalten haben.」

「The apartment was comfortable, clean and spacious. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. We requested an early check in because of our elderly relatives and management was accommodating and helpful. Great location if you are looking for a quiet, out of the way space!」

「Vi havde et dejlig ophold i den hyggelige, store hytte #1. Den lidt ældre hytte havde sin helt egen charme og var meget pæn og rengjordt ved ankomst. Børnene elskede den store hems hvor de sov og kunne se ned til det store køkken/alrum. Selve køkkenet var godt indrettet med stort køleskab, 4 kogeplader, ovn og vask. Vi har dog savnet nogle køkkenredskaber som fx. en palet eller en osteskærer. Hvis man har tænkt sig at booke et længere ophold i hytten er det måske godt at vide at der ikke er...

「Première location pour notre groupe qui réalise le tour d'Islande. Nous étions 6 et avons bénéficié du logis principal avec 2 chambres le petit chalet attenant avec 1 chambre. Les literies sont très confortables, le logement est cosy, bien équipé. Le jacuzzi extérieur est un super atout après une journée de visite. L'environnement est idéal, en pleine campagne. C'était un séjour de 2 jours merveilleux ! L'hôte est très réactive et sympathique. Nous recommandons cette location avec enthousiasme...

"We, a family of 3, booked a triple room for 1 night. We were assigned to have a room at the end of the corridor on the ground floor. The room was an accessible room where the bathroom was going to be very wet after taking bath. Because of ground floor, the room was just next to the Main Street that we couldn’t sleep throughout the whole night due to extremely noisy outside. Luckily we stayed there only for one night. "
