Paid for a King suite and was told upon arrival that that the rooms were sold "out of order", whatever that means, and was given a cabana room. Normally the cabanas are nice but the one we were in was the worst one. Just one big room with no cabana. They wouldn't move us to a good cabana room.

Love the whole place. Staff was attentive and friendly. Room was very clean. I was a little disappointed in the food at session’s restaurant. It was mid at best. Wasn’t able to use the pool facilities as there was a bomb cyclone at the time. But that’s a Mother Nature thing and not a Hard Rock thing. ...

We enjoyed this day so much. The room was beautiful and the staff was amazing. Every working person there was kind and friendly. The pool was comfortable, of course I wish it would have been heated haha, but the grounds in the property was just perfect.
