Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Unacceptable from the moment we arrived.1. Total misrepresentation from vrbo listing.2. Condition poor: A. Oven door broken and held together with plastic bag B. 4 burned-out or missing ceiling light bulbs C. Dingy grey pillow cases D. Badly peeled paint on outside steps and railing E. Cigarette odors F. Stains on furniture 3. Host refused to address complaints any sooner than the next morning.4. We left after 15 mins there, refusing to stay due to condition and failure from an acceptable host response5. Host refused any level of reimbursement on the 4 night reservation. 6. Host stop taking our calls and no respone to text messages. 7. Vrbo provided no help - stated it was between us and the host.
