Altes renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel. Sonnenschirme vergammelt bzw. verschimmelt Liegen uralt und gefährlich (Bruch) Minibar wird trotz Reklamation nicht nachgefüllt Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend Sehr schöne Gartenanlage mit Palmen und Pool Frühstück bescheiden, keine frische Säfte etc.

My last experience at the Palm Beach Hotel Larnaca

Receptionist was rude I requested s satchel of coffee and milk which are always supplementary .. we were asked to pay for .. the bathroom was dirty the waste bin was not lined with a disposable bag and you were requested to dispose soils toilet paper into same which was not very hygienic .. it was a disgrace ... the only good comment I can make the excellent service by Michael and his team in the breakfast room and the manager George I can not find any fault with these people ... It is very sad that I will not be staying at this hotel again and I will miss Michael and his lovely Staff and George who has always endeavored to fix the problems ...

La struttura e ben curata, giardino, piscina,spiaggia. Personale disponibile, gentili e efficenti, una sera non funzionava l'aria condizionata ho avvisato la reception dopo 2 minuti è arrivato il tecnico e in meno di 5 minuti l'ha rimessa in funzione. Si sente e si vede che fanno il loro lavoro con passione! L'unico piccolo neo è che non parla nessuno un po' di italiano...ma se hai una minima conoscenza d'inglese o tedesco non avrai difficoltà...se no esiste il traduttore online😀. Un grazie a tutti per avermi fatto passare una meravigliosa vacanza. Struttura ideale per tutti, da single, coppie, famiglie a persone con handicap. Ci ritornerò con tanto piacere.

very pleasant hotel

We traveled 10 people with 3 babies, the swimming pool are great, the beach clean and very pleasant, the breakfast is simple but very have everything. KALIMERA all the time, is hello - people smiles at the breakfast it is a pleasure to start like this the morning. The reception are less friendly and not smiling but there was a young man in the evening learning, he was very friendly and helpful - the hotel is good and clean and it is the main thing

Public areas(parking, approach,reception, lounge area, bars) Good. GYM, Spa, Sauna -Good. Pools - Good though hotel policies on sunbed resevations (insufficient regulation - Abuse of Towls to reserve for both residents and non resident/visitors) create tensions between users that frequently lead to heated confrontations. Room (daily servicing) patchy and inconsistent. Beach - accessible near sheltered. Best hotel beach in area though outsiders from nearby often take up facilities that should be for resident use. Overall rating 3.5/5*. Staff Friendly Restaurants - Competitive Breakfast - Adequate though 80s buffet style with no hand sanitisers. Shops - Adequate Internet - Adequate 7.5 speed. Rooms Standard - Brown, poor, tired, dated, in urgent need of renovation. Superior - Adequate. Bungalows - Not bungalows. Cats everywhere - a cattery nearby - not good if you have allergies. A potentially excellent hotel living on past reputation. Scores lower as experience depressed by faliures in prioritising hotel facilities for hotel residents

The hotel had had a bit of a facelift which was needed. Staff are extremely polite, apart from a few that need their manners polished. Overall, the hotel reflects the price you pay.

rooms are awful

The communal areas were OK but the rooms were AWFUL. Got bitten by bed bugs depite changing rooms and the rooms ( despite being renovated) were not in a good state. Staff very very helpful and they refunded my non refundable stay as a result but wasted 2 days of my holiday as a result.

Good package overall

Good Hotel Resort on the beach directly, requires few renovations. Food and breakfast were very good. Room cleaning was not done as necessary, most probably because of the high season crowd. Ground floor services were all good. Beach was great although the beach area is small compared to the large resort entrance garden. Public buses 425 and 424 stop in front of the Hotel which is very convenient, with schedule in the rooms.
