Welcome to our lovely home located in Oroville's Historic Riverfront District.

This fully-furnished and cozy 3-bedroom/1-bathroom home was recently renovated and furnished to accommodate, shelter, and protect you while in the area. It comes with warmth, cleanliness, central heat and air conditioning, complimentary coffee, etc. A short walk to the Feather River, contemporary local restaurants, the Northwest Lineman Dorm, a winery - and a park with picnic tables and shady trees. Perfect for traveling occupations, nurses and long term stays. All nice people accepted.

Disaster!
We booked our stay and paid in full March 19 to check in May 16th at 5 o’clock. Was told by the property owner at 4 o’clock that they never got the reservation and that the property was under Repair. We were there for Chico State graduation, so every hotel was booked and the prices were through the roof. We also rented a facility a block away from the VRBO for the graduation party Saturday. What a complete disaster. Customer service was ridiculous. Still have not heard back or gotten a phone call, and they offered no consolation

Photo's accurate and new floors and somewhat updated bathroom. Couch facing TV is very uncomfortable as one sinks almost to floor level. Heavy drapes on all windows results in a very dark living room. Bathroom ceiling above tub had a hair on ceiling and a resilient spider. Homeless person infant of Houston sidewalk uopon arrival. Would not repeat stay.
