Odalar tertemiz, kahvaltı gayet yeterli ve de işletmeciler gerçekten çok ilgili. Bir ihtiyacınız olup da söylediğinizde anında ilgileniyorlar. Konum itibariyle de çarşının tam içinde diyemeyiz ancak hemen dibinde. Park yeri için de hemen ilgilenip sizin için yer ayarlıyorlar bu özellikle araçla seyahat edenler için hayat kurtarıcı diyebiliriz dalyan bölgesi için. Odalar tabi ki çok lüks değil ama kendi segmentindekilere göre gayet iyi bir otel diyebiliriz. Dalyana gidersem yine aynı yeri tercih ederim kesinlikle.

Hizmet ve temizlik açısından çok güzel, otel kapasitesinin küçük olması nedeniyle kalabalık olmayışı sakin olması da ayrı bir güzel. Çalışanları bizlere nezih bir ortam sundukları için teşekkür ederiz

I've booked a room at Nehir Dalyan Boutique Otel and was charged by Expedia. When arrived I was told that hotel is not operating and I get no refund from the hotel or Expedia.

hello mr oleksiy. As you stated in your comment, you made the reservation through expedia and made the payment to expedia company, not to our hotel. Therefore, we have conveyed to you that there is nothing we can do. We talked to expedia to help. We have provided you with our telephone and e-mail information so that you can reach us if the problem is not resolved. Despite this, we are sorry that you wrote such a comment to our hotel in the face of this problem that you did not stay and did not originate from us. Even then, I want you to know that we are following the issue on the expedia side...
