「Our stay in Batalha could have started out poorly as William notified us the night before our arrival that our reservation had not recorded properly, and there was no availability for our first night. He quickly made the situation right by finding us a great hotel in town for the first night. Olive Hill is as nice as it looks in the photos, and clearly William is cut out for his second career in hospitality. We’d definitely stay there again.」

「What a lovely home, with extraordinary views of the ocean. Our group of 4 couples was able to settle in easily, with all of the necessary comforts. During our stay, we enjoyed the nearby trail to the beach and the extensive walking/running trail along the main road. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked many meals there. The information provided about local places to go was extremely helpful. It was the perfect location for day trips to many towns in the area.」

「Nice apartment with everything needed for a short stay. Large comfortable bed, kitchen area, dining table and a well equipped shower room. Everything was perfectly clean and good condition. Also a perfect location, one minute walk from the town square with lots of cafes and bars, near the cathedral and about a ten minute walk from the castle. Leiria is also a lovely town to visit.」

「While visiting Portugal, we (3 couples from US) stayed here for 5 nights. Very quiet safe neighborhood. Plus house is gated. Quick communication/response with owner, Dora, who was very accommodating and knowledgeable. House was very clean, spacious, and even had a washer with outside drying. Beautiful private pool in backyard but a little cool to swim in early April. Grocery store 5 minutes away was helpful. Would definitely return.」

En revanche, je trouve inadmissible qu'Abritel refuse de me fournir une facture totale de ce que nous avons payé pour le séjour. Ils ne fournissent que la facture des frais. Or j'ai bien réglé la totalité du séjour à Abritel et non au propriétaire. Il n'incombe donc pas à ce dernier de me fournir une facture. C'était ma première et dernière réservation via cette plateforme malhonnête.」
