Schöne Unterkunft
Es war sehr sauber, alles was in der Küche gebraucht wird, war vorhanden. Die drei Minuten zum Bus könnten auch 6 sein. Aber der Bus bringt einen direkt zum Lift von Sankt Ulrich oder Sankt Christina. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider ist diese Ferienwohnung nicht zu empfehlen
Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig gestaltet und sauber. Allerdings besteht ein massives Schimmelproblem in dem Bad und auch im Schlafzimmer. Auch mit intensiven Lüften kann man das Bad nach KURZEM Duschen nicht trocken bekommen. An Wänden und Decke befinden sich große schwarze Stellen. Der Weg am Haus entlang zum Appartement ist sehr steil und wird leider vom Vermieter nicht gestreut. Es war spiegelglatt und uns kaum möglich das Gepäck zum Auto zu bekommen, weil man sich mit zwei Händen am Geländer festhalten musste. Dies ist meine erste schlechte Bewertung, die ich schreibe, aber wenn ich auf meine Mail hierzu erst gar keine Antwort bekomme und auf den Reminder die Aussage, man befinde sich in den Bergen und da wäre mit Glätte zu rechnen, bleibt mir leider keine andere Wahl. Es fällt mir schwer zu verstehen, dass man hier als Vermieter nicht kurz einen Eimer mit Streusand in die Hand nehmen kann. So günstig ist das Appartement für das Gebotene nicht.

Wonderful location and host!
We were a short walk away from the shops and restaurants in Ortisei. Our host was very kind, and very responsive to any questions. She even did our laundry which was appreciated! Kitchen was well stocked with essentials to make meals, and we had a wonderful view of the mountains from our kitchen table.

The apartment was large and clean as described. The location was convenient to grocery store, restaurants and cable cars. The owner was very nice and quickly responsive. Car parking by the house was easy. Highly recommended!

Nice, quiet, practical place. Very friendly hosts. St Ulrich is very small, so you can walk everywhere. The apartment is located at the end of town. The only thing I would wish for is better pillows. The ones in the place are very uncomfortable. No complaints beyond that.

Charming apartment within walking distance of Ortisei
This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a nice one-bedroom apartment within walking distance of Ortisei (be prepared for some downhill and uphill walking) and several ski lifts. The owners are very nice and responded to all communication in a timely manner. They do not speak English but are happy to use a translation app to communicate if necessary. Overall we had a fantastic, peaceful stay.

No washing machine or hair dryer.
There were no washing machines as descripted. We were really disappointed because this is why we picked that place. Also, there is no hair dryer. The lady offered us to clean our clothes for us, but personally this is not something we like to do. However, the unit is so clean, pleasant and well located. We strongly recommend it if not having a washing machine is fine with you.

L’alloggio si trova a pochi minuti dal centro di Ortisei, splendida cittadina a pochi passi da moltissimi percorsi e sentieri di montagna nella magnifica cornice delle Dolomiti. La casa pulitissima e in ordine. I signori Dorigo sono stati gentilissimi. Vivamente Consigliato!

Den Bergen so nah...
Wir würden freundlichst empfangen. Der Tag beginnt mit einem Blick auf den Langkofel Hausberg. Uns gefiel besonders die Lage am Ortsrand. Damit ist der Weg nach ST. Ulrich, in die Natur und auch zu allen Seilbahnenn sehr kurz.zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und werden wieder kommen.

Vacanza in relax
L'appartamento, praticamente nuovo, molto ordinato e pulito. La proprietaria gentilissima tant'è che, non essendo disponibile la lavatrice, ha provveduto lei direttamente. L'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla e a 10' a piedi dal centro di Ortisei. Sicuramente consigliato.

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie online beschrieben / auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Sehr sauber und gute Ausstattung der Küche. In den Ortskern sind es ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß.

Rundrum sehr zufrieden
Wir haben das Objekt genau so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Es entsprach also genau unseren Wünschen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben schöne Tage in der Wohnung erlebt. Das Haus liegt natürlich am Ortsrand, aber das war uns ja bewusst. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Abwicklung durch die Agentur war vorbildlich. Wir werden uns das Objekt für weitere Urlaube in Gröden merken.

Perfect for walking in the Dolomites
A small and compact apartment but perfect for a couple who want to enjoy all the outdoor activities this stunning area has to offer. Just on the outskirts of Ortisei so quieter than the town centre but within walking distance of shops, bars and lifts. The owner was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Although there was no washing machine, she very happy to do our laundry for us and it even arrived back ironed and folded!

Die Ferienwohnung ist einladend, geräumig, hell, sauber und frisch renoviert. In den Bett schläft man gut und das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig. Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Grödnertal, von wo aus alle Bergbahnen gut erreichbar sind.

Schöne Familienunterkunft
Die Urlaubswoche hat uns gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was wir als Familie mit zwei Kindern so gebraucht haben. Danke auch an die Vermieterin, die uns mit Brötchen versorgt hat. Wir würden hier nochmals Urlaub machen, wenn wir nach St. Ulrich fahren sollten.

Wunderschöne und sehr praktisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung und sehr unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Ich fühlte mich in der Woche in der ich da war wie zu Haus.Es ist sehr ruhig mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Für den nächsten Südtirol/Dolomiten Aufenthalt würde ich wieder dort wohnen. Danke!

Een schoon appartement met voldoende ruimte voor ons tweeën. Keukenuitrusting was prima, hoewel we als Nederlanders wel een waterkoker en kaasschaaf misten. Rustige omgeving en goede uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen. Fijn dat je ook buiten kan zitten, ook al is er geen gezellige tuin.

I signori proprietari sono gentilissimi. L'appartamento delizioso e pulitissimo. Con la promenade, che è comoda ed una gradevolissima passeggiata, si arriva in centro in 10/15 minuti.

This was an awesome little apartment in the perfect location. It was clean with all the necessary amenities. Just be aware that the owners only accept cash and you must have that upon arrival. We were not aware of this as it didn't say this on the site when we booked.

Sehr saubere Wohnung mit freundlichen Gastgebern
Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind eine Woche in St. Ulrich. Eine neuwertige Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küchenzeile, geräumigem Bad, elektrischen Rolläden, Abstellkammer, Tiefgarage ... uns alles sehr sauber und hochwertig. Auch die unkomplizierte Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberin war sehr angenehm.

Ad appena 1 Km dal centro eppure il posto resta tranquillo e in mezzo alla natura. La proprietaria è molto discreta e gentile. L'appartamento è ideale per due persone, un pò piccolo per quattro se si ha intenzione di viverlo e non solo per dormirci. Se si è fortunati si riceve la visita dei caprioli in giardino alla sera o al mattino presto. Si gode un bel panorama con il Sasso Lungo di fronte. Bella esperienza, da ritornare.

Schoon en modern appartement. Goede bedden en mooie badkamer. Weinig bestek en geen keukenhanddoeken. Ligging is erg buiten het dorp. Bushalte ligt niet voor de deur, steil naar beneden of naar boven lopen. Bus gaat alleen frequent in de ochtend tot 9 uur en smiddags vanaf ongeveer half vijf. Het is dus beter om met de auto naar de lift te rijden, waar je voor 6 euro de auto kunt parkeren. Zowel bij de seiseralm als bij de ciampinoi in Selva . Huis ligt niet zo geïsoleerd zoals de foto suggereert, er staan wel andere huizen om heen. Maar daar heb je geen last van. Om de service te verbeteren zou de eigenaar een broodjesservice kunnen bieden. Winkel gaat pas om 8 uur open. Fijn dat de auto in de garage kan, waar ook de ski's gestald kunnen worden.

Fijne plek voor een fantastische wintersport vakantie
Gastvrij onthaal door eigenaresse. Snelle reactie op mails. Schone en nette woning voor 4 personen. Ruime garage beschikbaar voor auto en het drogen van ski's, snowboards en schoenen. Locatie van waaruit prachtige ski dagtochten gemaakt kunnen worden. (m.b.v. auto of bus). Gezellig stadje.
