「The house was very comfortable, clean and super cute! My only complaint was the sheer white curtains in the living room at a busy intersection left very little privacy at night. During daylight hours it was great, but when the sun went down I felt like I was in a fish bowl and it was hard to relax and just sit and watch some tv once my son went to bed. Otherwise everything was great. The host was extremely accommodating and communicated very well. 」

"I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible experience."
