Rita and Sabrina were so helpful, even helping us actually get to the right piazza when we mistakenly stopped too soon. The apartment is spacious, spotless and breakfast provided was fabulous!

In visita ad Orvieto abbiamo soggiornato presso Casa Vera appartamento "Primula". Ottimo tutto per non parlare della gentilezza e disponibilità di Sabrina che ci ha accolti e anche della Sig.ra Rita con la quale ho avuto contatti WhatsApp. Se proprio devo trovare una piccola pecca allora dico che la mancanza del bidet per noi italiani è un pò un problema ma capisco il poco spazio e sopperisce il terrazzino davvero carino. Sicuramente lo consiglio e se dovessi tornare ad Orvieto sicuramete andrei di nuovo da loro. Grazie

I loved my sweet apartment and especially the lovely terrace. My only regret was that my trip was for one night. I would love to be at Casa Vera for at least a week (preferably LONGER). I look forward to being there again.

So beautiful and quiet here!!The room had a kitchen which was a nice surprise. It’s so wonderful to be right in the middle of old town. We strolled around at night and it was magical.

The staff was very helpful upon check in. The apartment may not be good for the elderly or those with young children as there are multiple levels but it was spacious, clean, plenty of amenities and centrally located. Nice European breakfast.

Iris Suite - very cool apartment
Gorgeous apartment in fun medieval city. There is parking available. Staff very helpful, went above and beyond. I would have enjoyed spending a few more days here.

It was fun to stay in the center of the old city. It is tricky, but do-able to navigate there with luggage, but worth the hassles. The city is quaint and beautiful. Sabrina is a gracious host and is very helpful. The apartment was perfect for 3 adults. Sabrina’s nearby wine bar was a fun stop. We would be happy to visit again!

Our room had a kitchenette and a terrace. It was great. I'm not sure I was aware of those features when I booked (was booking many parts of our trip all at once so may have overlooked details), but was pleasantly surprised when we got into the room. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment in historic center.
Beautiful apartment right in the center of the historic town. Easy walk to the Duomo, several great restaurants, and shops. The hotel has a great restaurant/wine bar right on site. Wonderful host.

Comfortable apartment at Casa Vera
There was confusion at check-in and we were shown to the wrong unit. Rita rectified this as quickly as she could, but it was quite stressful. The apartment I had booked for two nights was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately there was a train strike on the day we were due to leave, but we were unable to leave our cases at the hotel since the reception is not manned. We had to leave them at the train station which meant a bit of going backward and forwards. before we could catch a train.

Gentili Ospiti, mi scuso di nuovo per l'inconveniente dell'assegnazione dell'appartamento. Il pomeriggio del vostro arrivo abbiamo avuto contemporaneamente 3 check-in e questo ha causato purtroppo una mia svista. Mi sono resa conto subito dell'errore ed ho cercato di avvisarvi immediatamente ma eravate già usciti dall'appartamento e il vostro cellulare, al quale ho chiamato più volte, non funzionava (come poi mi avete confermato più tardi). Per quanto riguarda la custodia dei vostri bagagli, visto lo sciopero del vostro treno vi ho proposto di lasciarli in reception fino al momento della chiusura. Siamo spiacenti per non aver potuto custodire le valigie per tutto il pomeriggio. Avevamo valutato insieme anche altre possobilità per il deposito presso di noi, ma il fatto che non potevate essere raggiunti telefonicamente avrebbe potuto creare disagi. Accettiamo sempre ben volentieri la custodia dei bagagli dei nostri ospiti, tuttavia la nostra struttura non ha le caratteristiche di un albergo con una reception aperta 24 ore al giorno.Ci impegnamo sempre molto con i nostri ospiti prendendo anche in considerazione ogni loro recensione, quindi vi ringraziamo per questo feedback. The flat was lovely, clean and comfortable. It fully met our expectations. It is also in a quiet but very central position. Breakfast at 4€, served in the wine bar next door, was optional. It would be useful to ask customers when they check in about any dietary requirements (e.g. diabetic diet) and to offer unsweetened cereal and bread as well as cakes. Once the staff were informed, they were very accommodating.

Casa vera was beautiful. The picture doesn't captured how big and nice the place is. The loft room was spacious and the living room was large! It was easy to accommodate 4 people. The kitchen is big and well equipped. There is no dishwasher, but that was not an issue for us since we ate out everyday. The flat is located in a quite corner away from the touristic areas but only a short 8 minutes walk from the Duomo where the bus drops you up from the train station and only 5-10 from all the main attractions and restaurants. There is a courtyard on the front of the flat which was perfect for coffee or tea. My favorite part about the flat is the view of the wine seller every morning, guests dont have direct access but you can see the wine seller directly from the kitchen.The host Sabrina was fantastic! She is well known by the locals and owns the restaurant next door to the flat (breakfast was only €4) she also owns a Bottega nearby.

We stayed in the Iris suite at Casa Vera. It is a large and clean space with a separate sitting area and kitchen. The B&B is centrally located, just a few blocks from the Duomo and many restaurants. Rita and Sabrina were very attentive. We will definitely stay here again if we are in Orvieto.

We had a great stay at this property. It was on a quiet street just a couple blocks away from restaurants and shopping. Orvieto is a great town to spend a couple days in. Would recommend staying here to any visiting this town.

Sabrina was so kind and helpful. The apartment was perfect for solo or couple. The terrace was so nice to have a glass of wine after a long day of walking. I would highly recommend this apartment.

L'appartamento "Orchidea" e' spazioso, luminoso, pulitissimo e ben arredato, in una posizione centrale nel cuore del centro storico. I proprietari poi sono gentilissimi e premurosi, ti fanno sentire davvero a tuo agio. Se torno ad Orvieto sicuramente torno a prenotare sempre li'. Consigliatissimo!
