Il Balconcino - with parking

A step away from the beginning of the full city center and only 5 minutes walk from the Duomo, the house is located at the beginning of the street that enters the heart of the ancient quarter and leads to the panoramic route of the medieval walls
Intimate and bright, it can accommodate two or three adults or two adults with two or three children, thanks to a queen-size sofa bed (120cm wide) and the possibility of adding a cot on request.
The entrance is on the ground floor (three steps)
free private parking at 200 meters from the accommodation,
easy exit from the city.

Top rate!
This is an excellent apartment. The view is inspiring. The apartment very comfortable, clean, centrally located but peaceful. The hosts gave excellent restaurant recommendations and left clear instructions that were helpful. We loved our three nights in beautiful Orvieto just exploring the town— Duomo, Etruscan museum, market, walking from one end to the other. We would return and recommend to friends.

Rooms with a view
This is a neat one bedroom apartment with kitchen and bath located on the first floor of a small building in Orvieto’s medieval district a short walk from the town’s central square, restaurants, shopping and so forth. The owners Alice and Gianfranco are prompt communicators and always ready to help. The only issue we had, a minor one, is the apartment is situated above a narrow cobblestoned road that leads down out of town and you can hear cars passing from early in the morning to fairly late at night if the windows are open. Otherwise the unit is quiet and relaxing, and the view from the balconcino enchanting.

A charming apartment very well equipped and decorated, with a helpful library of books about Orvieto and its churches. My only suggestion would be for more instructions about using the various appliances. Otherwise top marks.

We loved this apartment - it was easy to get to and in a beautiful location. The Wi Fi signal was strong and the decoration was simple but nice. If you have a car, it provides parking in a nearby area - a 5-7 minute walk to the apartment. The apartment has all of the important amenities for a nice and restful evening. It is important to note that it does not have air conditioning. We opened the windows and it helped some but it was still a bit humid. We traveled here in late May. I think a July or August stay in humid Italy would make it challenging but, aside from that, the apartment was gorgeous and the owner was friendly and communicative and our check in and check out was super easy. Also, the apartment is located in a beautiful area which makes it easier for walking to important areas.

Spring in Orvieto
We had a lovely stay in Orvieto, and the apartment is located in a wonderful area of town. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the balcony. Gianfranco's communication was excellent. We would recommend this apartment for couples.
