The staff were excellent and welcoming, especially Chiara at the front desk who got us dinner reservations at a wonderful local restaurant. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed on the third floor and had a nice view through a small window. The breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel, with made-to-order cappuccino, espresso, etc. We would definitely stay again. Orvieto was one of our favorite places in Italy.

The public parking outside the hilly center is just a few escalators away, its exit is right next to the hotel, costs €12 per day . The room was a bit old fashion for a 4 star hotel, my shower drain was partially clogged. Easy 10 min walk to the Duomo, along interesting streets and shops. The evening staffs were great!

La posizione del hotel è perfetta per visitare Orvieto, il personale molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile. La nostra camera non era proprio a livello di 4 stelle, più 3 stelle. La colazione invece è particolarmente buona.

The location is excelent, in the most interesting area of the city. A beutiful bulding, very well decorated. Good breakfast in a lovely breakfast room. The women of front-desk (Chiara and Jessica) were very kind and helpfull.

Siamo stati benissimo! Letto matrimoniale comodissimo. La colazione è molto variabile, prodotti di qualità e torta della nonna splendidia!!!! La nostra camera era un po calda come temperatura appena entrati, è bastato però tenere un po' la finestra aperta. Unica cosa negativa: la porta della stanza non era abbastanza isolante per i rumori esterni. Staff formidabile e gentilissimo!

Na verdade a opção ofertada fica fora do hotel, assim a divulgação não é verdadeira, deviam deixar isso claro e de forma objetiva na reserva. Não se trata de uma hospedagem em hotel!!! De toda forma as instalações são muito satisfatórias, localização boa!

La struttura è in un palazzo antico elegantemente ristrutturato. Gli spazi sono ampi e le camere sono ottime, con bagni nuovi e ampi. La colazione ha un' ottima scelta di dolce e salato. Consiglio assolutamente.

Excellence!!!!
We were there only 1 night and absolutely loved the hotel! The entire town was so lovely and peaceful. The front desk kindly welcomed us, along with setting up our very early taxi ride to the train station. All the extras in the room was refreshing and so appreciated! We’ll return forsure!!

We were in Orvieto for one night but in that short time the staff was incredibly helpful, so nice and had a room ready for us even when we arrived early. It was further from the touristy area of Orvieto which made for a quiet stay. Def recommend staying here next time.

Camera sporca che odorava di muffa. Arredamento di seconda mano. Nessun oscurante ad una delle finestre. Doccia molto pericolosa con pavimentazione di piastrelle scivolose e senza antiscivolo di alcun tipo. Nessun bicchiere in stanza. Colazione buona. Ottimo il servizio car valet.

Fantastic area, very close to all dining and shopping spots. Parking was probably the only thing that was a little bit of a walk, but the staircase is right across the street from the hotel so easy to locate. 12 euros a day to park at the parking garage. The hotel also provides valet parking for 20 euros a day for those who don't want to deal with the parking garage on their own. but there is a trolly that will take you back to the city and drop you off 10 min from the hotel. Beautiful walk though! As for customer service, it was nothing short of exceptional. Breakfast was delicious and there is always someone at the desk 24/7 to assist with anything. Area is very quiet at night and we felt safe walking around late at night. The locals in the city are very friendly and there is much to see! Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The room (Suite #1) was INCREDIBLE. Beautiful, romantic, quiet. We loved everything about this hotel. Breakfast was excellent and fresh, the assistant who helped with the coffees at breakfast was so kind and efficient and smiling! Jude at the bar in the evenings was PERFECT. He really made the place a notch up. Parking was easy (we used the public car park but elevator made it super easy and fast). Just everything about this place was superior. Wish I were still there!!
