Friendly staff, clean and well-decorative room. It’s convenient that this hotel is just nearby one of train station exit. Family Mart and Lawson are next to the hotel. It has a public hot bath area and gym room for free. Laundry is provided with reasonable fee.

界筋线本町站八号口出来就是酒店,但没有电梯需要扛着行李爬二三十级台阶,房间面积可以的,28寸、24寸二只箱子可以一起平铺打开,泡澡的地方很小,只有四个淋浴喷头,房间也不提供日式浴衣,花了1400 却不含早餐,性价比有点低,距离大阪城、道顿堀、心斋桥只能说不算远,总之酒店不差,但性价比不高

全新只開兩個月的飯店,很新很舒適。但房價過高,大浴場不夠寬敞,早餐樣式選擇不多,無提供飲料機讓客人取用,果汁預倒在杯中,放冰箱讓客人取用,咖啡則是要向服務生點才有,感覺不自在。 整體普通cp值不高。

Overall good but staff can be more helpful…lacking service from the heart. Professional but lacking in compassion & personal touch. Dutiful but lacking in devotion especially the supervisors / manager.

Rooms were large and clean with nice bathrooms. Very pleasant staff. TV options for English were poor. We could only get CNN and no casting ability to the TV so bring an adapter. Dining options nearby were limited with restaurants keeping irregular hours. The hotel had a bar but it was not staffed and could take 15 min or more to get a drink. Needless to say the bar was mainly empty. There was a 7-11 nearby that had a good range of food, snacks, and beverages. Water was provided in the room daily which was nice. The breakfast buffet was about $28 per person which we found excessive. Thank God there was a McD’s about a block away. Our main complaint was that rooms could only be accessed by using your key card in the elevator which would only allow you to go to your assigned floor. Our group was split between two floors which necessitated us meeting up in the lobby which was a pain. If you have more than one room booked, I recommend requesting the same floor for all.

The rooms are spacious and the location is convenient as the train station is right outside the hotel. The service is really wonderful ! When my daughter had an allergic reaction past midnight , the reception staff on night duty on 18 June sent us some anti-itch cream and a bucket of ice to soothe the swelling while the staff on duty on 19 June morning actually walked my hubby to the nearby pharmacy . We are grateful for the care shown and impressed with the high service standard of the staff! Thank you once again for making our stay memorable !

Clean, convenient location.
We stayed here for 2 weeks while visiting my son and his family. Very convenient location, right by the subway station, within walking, very comfortable room. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Location: the location of this hotel is one of the most convenient per my experience in Osaka! Just outside several key lines, the ability to travel was seemless with this hotel. Service: upon check in we were greeted by the friendliest staff member: Limby (front desk). He saw it was almost my husbands birthday per his passport and personally brought a gift to our hotel room, it was the sweetest gesture I have ever experienced with hospitality! The rooms are very spacious and modern in design. We thoroughly enjoyed the quietness and relaxing this location while not giving up convenience in location. Highly recommend!

I'm disappointed with the chef's attitude at the main restaurant, while the waiter was very nice and friendly. The restaurant served average food at expensive prices.

Property was very nice and clean, and we were greeted by a very pleasant scent upon entry to the entrance of the hotel. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and courteous, and the staff at the counter were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if i were to visit osaka. Def

After consecutive meetings, I finally arrived and checked in. But I was assigned to a room with a couple lying down on a bed. I felt so bizarre that this could be a problem for both; the staff perhaps assigned me the wrong room or the couple did not leave the room even after check-out. I think the latter was the problem because the couple was fully dressed and the luggage was right by the door. Soon after, the lady staff who speaks a bit of Korean (sorry forgot your name ;) ) came all the way up to the floor and gave us an apology with a newly assigned room. And, she provided us breakfast with no charges for entire nights. I would like to thank the staff for handling the situation. I highly recommend this place if you are on a business trip. Great location, a cozy lobby, a clean room, and friendly staff.

16時にホテル着  高層階に部屋変更のサジェスト→ 受け入れた直後に17:30まで部屋が用意出来ないと言われ 低層階を勧め直す 断って17:30まで待つと まだ用意出来ずさらに10数分待たされる 部屋に入るとベッド足下にお菓子の袋ゴミとほこり多数落ちていたので、待たせた割には掃除してなさそうです さらに、ボディタオルに陰毛が付いており、気持ち悪くてそのままゴミ箱行き 極めつけは袋に入っているはずの歯ブラシにゴミが付着 夜中には上下か隣がどたばた騒がしい 外も阪神高速の車が五月蠅い やめておいた方が良いです

위치를 찾기가 어려워요
신생 호텔이라 택시 기사들이 위치를 아는 사람이 아직 드물어 고생했음. 마침 구글 지도에 있는 곳으로 가달라고 하거나 주소를 입력하고 찾아가도 엉뚱한 곳으로 안내가 되어 당황했음. 이것을 빼면 비즈니스 호텔로 손색이 없음. 방은 좁고 욕탕도 없지만 대중 탕(야외 탕 포함)을 운영하고 있어 좋았음.
