Perfect location but the room a bit dirty
The location is very good. 5min to Namba station, 10-15min walk to Shinsaibashi, Family mart on the opposite road. As the hotel is old and near the road, it's dusty and dirty. Sink and bath tube water overflow if you use full rate. If you want to store your luggage, you have to save in the south one about 15min apart as there is no staff in the north one. And the counter in the south one open at 9am. It's a bit inconvenient.

地點極佳,鄰近地鐵站,旺中帶靜,但房間細小。
雖然這間酒店地點不錯,但他的招牌很細小不大好找,樓宇外看不出是一間酒店,入住沒有職員登記,遇着上了年紀的住客不大懂先進科技,會比較麻煩。房間細小,我們三個人住要輪流執行李,因不可同時開着行李箱。酒店附近飲食購物都很方便,如對住宿空間不太高要求的話都是一個不錯的選擇。

飯店離南海電鐵頗近,但訂房網上似乎未註明,該飯店是電子遙控旅館,沒有實際的櫃檯與服務員,無法提供早到登記入住,也無法提供行李寄放服務。到達飯店當下整個傻眼,入住前與退房後,一切要自己想辦法,拖着笨重的行李到處跑。因此,除非非常晚到的旅客,或一早離開前往其他目的地的旅客,方才適合此類型的飯店。

訂了兩間房間, 去到CHECK-IN時話其中一間房設施壞了, 要分開至另一酒店, 兩間酒店距離15分鐘. 安排失當. 職員告知前一天己e-mail通知, 但我方沒有收到. 我方在沒有選擇情況下只好接受分開住宿, 而拖住兩個大行李去到另一邊酒店, 才發現是沒有電梯的, 故職員協助搬上4樓房間, 但就check-out日要自己搬落樓下, 而身體非常倦容的時候, 上落真的很困難. 酒店方面沒有細心安排, 因海外客人一般都有行李的.

Location was perfect for me. Close to everything, but not within "horde central". Property is clean, but the air filters were filthy (full of dust) within the elevator and within my room. Small but comfortable room, as expected. If you need your trash collected you have to call a number. Good luck if you only have a DATA SIM. It would have been an easier Check In experience if I at least had received an email with the Lobby access code on the arrival date. I had to wait, under rain, for someone to speak remotely and open the door. After that, everything went smoothly. I would stay here again.

I chose this hotel as it is close to the Nankai and JR stations. However, I am surprised how complicated with the check-in process, as it is a man-less hotel. For the amenities, I was surprised that there were no cups in my room nor coin laundry in both North and Central Hotels. The bath tub was with dirts that I dared not use it. After my “neighbour” check-out yesterday, he put all his trash and used towels outside his room and the narrow lift lobby after 10am which was only cleaned by 3pm. I was completely shocked how it was handled. What make it worst is that the staff doesn’t speak English. With that amount of room rate, I rather pay slightly extra to get a bigger room in a proper hotel next time.

Had some small issues at check-in, as I had not received the entry keycode. It took a few minutes to get in touch with the staff by phone, as no one is present at the location. This could have been difficult had I not had a local SIM with which I could call.

Overall a good stay
Good location! Well priced! However the check in was a bit complicated. When I arrive at the entrance the door was locked and there was no instructions on how to open the front door. There was a sign that said to call a number but I managed to press a button behind the sign to ring a doorbell. Had to fill up a google form to check in. A very friendly staff was able to communicate with me via the speaker to guide me through the check in. Amenities was sufficient! Room was fairly clean and just right for 1 person. Would not mind staying again.

立地と金額は良いが、それ相応でした。 チェックインで事前に来るはずの玄関のパスワードが来ていなく、結局は電話で連絡。 中に入って、スピーカーでのやり取りと案内されるも10分くらい他の方の対応していたのか音沙汰なし。 部屋に入ってエアコン付けて寝るも、数時間で切れる設定となっていて暑くて起きる。

최아기에여 첫날일쪙 마치고 숙소오자마자 씻는데 중깐에 뜨거운물만 콸콸나옴. 딴수뙷다고 해서 섀벽 두시까찌 머리에 꺼품묻고 기다림. 다른호뗄로 옴겨주지도 않아써 진짜리알 깨꼬쌩함

또 가고싶은 접근성 좋은 무인체크인호텔
일단 프론트에 직원이 없는 신선한 경험을 할 수 있었고 서툴지만 일본인 직원분의 영어로 체크인 완료. 저렴한 가격이고 룸도 참 깔끔하고 좋았는데 다만 화장실 청소상태가 다소 아쉬움..(첫날 체크인 때 있었던 청소가 덜 된 흔적이 3일째에서야 청소 완료) 또 하나의 아쉬움은 바로 1층 정문 바로 옆방을 배정받아 사용해서 사람들 들락날락할때 신경이 좀... 다음번에 다시 간다면 1층이 아닌 방을 배정받을 수 있음 좋겠습니다~ 바로 옆에 편의점도 있고 무엇보다 난카이난바역, 난바역과 매우매우 가까워 너무 좋았습니다! 이게 정말 큰 장점이에요. 잘 쉬다 갑니다~!

また泊まりたい!
チェックインが初めてのタイプでしたので戸惑いましたが、丁寧に説明してくださったのでスムーズに進むことができました。 お部屋も個別の空調でアメニティ付き、部屋着もドライヤーもあってすごく快適でした。 なんば駅からとても近く、遊びに行くのもすごく便利! 出入り口に一番近い部屋だったので外の音は気になりましたが寝ちゃえば何ともなかったです← また泊まりたいいいホテルでした!

Review
Upon arrival, you have to call the hotel manager from the outside, and the person will kindly guide you through. Check-in process is done by video call using the standing monitor that you can see when you enter the hotel door. Just follow the instructions and you're good. The hotel's location is less than 5-minute walk from the Namba Station. You can also use the subway via entrance 6 (amazingly close to the hotel).
