位置較遠,但價錢相宜!附近有超市!到黑門市場和難波站步行10-15分鐘!可以煮食!但鍋太小了!沒有鍋蓋!其他一切都可以、新淨。

完全家的感覺!很舒服!很新淨!
雖然位置處於偏離鬧市區,但行去難波都只是10-15分鐘,而舒適度卻比住酒店高出很多倍,而屋內設置比一般酒店齊全、整潔及空間感大,廁所亦分坐廁,沖涼及洗面3區,亦有廚房設備,爐頭、微波爐、雪櫃、煮食用具及清潔用具完全齊備,最讚連洗衣機,洗衫清潔液都一應俱全,屋內更附有小露台可以晾衫,每日都可以清洗污漕的衣物而不用囤積,對於家庭旅客來說,這一點最讚!床及枕頭都很舒服,又乾淨,完全有家的感覺,值得推薦!自助登記亦超簡易方便,下次去大阪一定會再入住!

It was great!!
깨끗한 아파트를 통째로 빌려쓴다. 씽크대 식기도구 냉장고 세탁기 다 구비되있다. 난바역과도 가깝고 주변의 여러 시장들과 거리들을 걸어서 다닐 수 있다. 조용한 편이다. 난방은 온풍기로 틀어야 한다. 처음엔 추우나 계속 틀으면 괜찮아진다. 대체적으로 매우 만족스러웠다 사람없이 스스로 체크인을 잘 해야한다. きれいなマンションを丸ごと借りる. シンク台、食器類、冷蔵庫、洗濯機などが備えられている。 難波駅とも近く、周辺の様々な市場や街を歩いて通うことができる。 静かな方だ. 暖房は温風機をかけなければならない. 最初は寒いが、ずっと流せばよくなる。 大まかに満足のいくものであった I rent a whole clean apartment. It is equipped with Thinkdae utensils, refrigerator, and washing machine. It is also close to Namba Station and can walk around various markets and streets around it. I tend to be quiet. The heating should be turned on by a heater. At first, it's cold, but if you keep playing. In general, it was very satisfying to check in on your own without anyone.

立地と部屋の広さはとても良くコスパが良い。この値段でこの広さはなかなかないと思う。 残念だったのがバスタオルやフェイスタオルに汚れがついたままだった。それに加えてベッドからおじさんの加齢臭がした。 あと土足厳禁となっているのにフローリングを明らかに土足で侵入した形跡がたくさんある。スリッパなしで歩くと靴下が真っ黒になる。 潔癖症でなければとてもお得な部屋

좋은 시설이지만, 체크인이 아쉽네요.
시설은 생각보다 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 다만 예약 후 배부한 체크인 PDF에 문에 방의 열쇠가 들어있는 락커의 비밀번호를 잘못 알려주어서 1시간 넘게 헤맸습니다. 방의 퀄리티에 비해서 체크인 시스템이 굉장히 아쉽네요. 이 부분만큼은 부디 개선해주었으면 합니다.

Pleas note that we have a new check-in system. You can now check-in on site and receive the key on-site as well. Hope this helps in your future reservations.

Super bad communication.
This is my 1st time visiting Japan & decision to stay in this facility really makes my visit very stressful. Their communication is very confusing. They sent me a PDF with their facility name & a number below the facility name without indicating what's that number for. In the same PDF, they show me a picture of the door with the unit number 503. I checked with them if the unit is 503 & which floor is that unit, their only reply is 5th floor. When we reached the facility, to our surprise we can't find 503. After checking with their staff (that’s about 20min waiting) our unit number is actually 201 claiming that we didn’t read the PDF, where that random number in the PDF is the unit number OMG. We are not alone, on our 2nd day of stay a Taiwanese family came trying to open our neighbor's door only to find out that's the wrong unit. After opening the key box, we can’t find the key & the only help from their staff again is please trying again. Try what? There is no key!!! There is no staff there to help us, no one is answering their hotline only communication is through Expedia’s chat which is slow. Ended up we found the key in the letterbox. Earlier communication with their staff told us that we can deposit our luggage in their facility. After we have deposited our luggage and informed them that we have already place our luggage in the room, then they warn us that we might loose our belongs, OMG!

Good value for money
Self-checkin is available and it is just 10-15mins walk from the namba station. The room is clean. Toothbrush and basic toiletries are provided. Everything is perfect during our stay.

great hotel, terrible check in,
The stay itself and room itself as well as the area were great however at this stay the proprietor did not email us to notify us about a 6pm check in time until the day of, furthermore they sent a pdf with instructions for self-check in as there is no staff on the premise, sadly this pdf was not in correct file format so it could not be accessed and led to a long email dialogue between myself and the service member for the hotel in order to check in during which the service member gave us the wrong entry code for the the main door. all in all see the title.

セルフチェックインだったので、メールと電話でのやり取りでしたがスムーズに出来ました。 キッチンや冷蔵庫、洗濯機もありとても綺麗で快適でした。 駅から遠いですが、タオルも歯ブラシも付いていたので大阪に来た時は是非また泊まりたいです。
