The property was clean and had good amenities including a separate bath and toilet, a washing machine and a stove top. The area around the hotel was also quiet and safe with being walking distance to the Dontonburi street. The staff was also responsive and resolved all of our concerns promptly.

Excellent stay….great location. Metro Station, Dotonbori etc within 10-15 mins on foot. Loads of great restaurants around. A Lawson (grocery store) across the street. Room was very clean, as were the linen. Excellent communication and clear check-in/check-out instructions. Highly recommended.

Check in process was a little confusing. We were lost in the building because there was no instruction on how to get keys. Overall the stay was good. The place was clean and convenient. Very walkable!

It was really hard to find the hotel as it wasn’t where the map lead us to and it was our first time in Japan… the building facade was under construction and hard to recognize. I couldn’t connect to the internet and was not able to receive the code for our key locker message sent on the day. Thankfully there was a staff that approached us to solve the problem. He probably was in the security cam room. After that, everything was great. Check out was easy. Room was small but typical of Japan. Had separate toilet and shower which was great! Pola aromatherapy shampoo etc smelled wonderful and relaxing! Very close to Dotonbori! Clean and will choose there again if we go back!

도톤보리, 구로몬시장 등 유명명소와의 접근성. 교통의 편리함. 준수한 시설. 그 모든 것을 갖춘 가성비 호텔이 아닐 수 없다. 무인 체크인이지만 간단한 시스템과 친절한 안내자료로 쉬이 해낼 수 있으며, 약간의 어려움을 겪더라도 연락을 취하면 빠르고 친절한 도움을 얻을 수 있다. 방 크기도 좋고 세탁기 등이 있어 가족, 친구 혹은 혼자 와도 좋을 호텔이다.

During our stay in Japan, we stayed at three hotels. This was by far the most unpleasant stay. The room fit five people, but it didn't comfortably live five people. It was very cramped and had almost no sound insulation, so we could all hear each other and everyone in the rooms around us at all times, even in different areas. The beds were the worst part. They were beyond uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on a chain link fence with a thin sheet over it. By the end of our 4-day stay, our hips and spines and backs were aching and sore. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep. The room was cute, but comfort was non-existent. Communication left a lot to be desired. We weren't told beforehand that there would be construction around the building; there were loud construction sounds every day from 8:30 AM to about 6 PM. I might've been less upset about this if we'd known in advance, but no one told us. We also didn't get the mailbox code we were promised beforehand and had to call someone when we got in to help us get to our room. The sole staff member was nice when we interacted with him. It was clean and very nice to look at, and the shower was fine (though very small). I would forgive the communication issues if the beds had been comfortable, but my true issue lies in all of the sounds, the cramped space, and how miserable the beds were to sleep on. I would not book here again.

Thank you for staying at our hotel.And valuable comments.1, the mattress is hard this suggestion we adopted, now has replaced the soft mattress.2, the hotel in large-scale renovation, some sound affects you, I apologize.3, your reaction to the room is small, is individual differences so feel different, the room area of 35 square meters, belongs to the larger room.Many guests who have stayed in the room said it was large and comfortable, and they will stay here again in the future.4, you give a rating of 1, is the only lowest rating since the opening of the hotel.We accept valuable comments from our guests to improve problematic areas.We hope that all future guests will be satisfied.

Very clean and modern hotel that easily accommodated our family of 5. Separate washroom and shower room and a decent kitchen all away from the living room/sleeping area. Self check-in and out was simple and communication with the manager was easy. Only complaint would be that the location is a bit further from the train station than we would have liked but it is still walkable. 5 minute walk to the heart of Dontunburi area as well. Laundry mat and convenience stores are a minute away.

Great beautiful place
This was located in the excellent area for tourists and we enjoyed every single day around Osaka and Kyoto. Even around the neighborhood has old style arcade which brought us good childhood memories (I’m Japanese National and live in Hawaii long time). The room was clean, AC working, quiet at night, comfortable beds, spacious for a big city in Japan, and easy communication with the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

ホテルの部屋は思っていたより綺麗で清潔感があり広さも充分なので快適に過ごせました。 お風呂とトイレが別なのも良いですね。 注意点はホテルが目立つ場所ではないので、駅からの出口を間違えないことです。谷町九丁目２番出口から出れば近いですが、初日は８番から出てしまい少し迷い大荷物を持って沢山歩いてしまいました。 それから洗面所から部屋に入る所に段差が一段あります。小さな段差でも年寄りは怪我をすることがあるので怖いと感じました。 コンビニは近く道頓堀も歩いて行けるので良かったです。

도톤보리 13분, 구로몬 시장 13분으로 식사하고 걷기 좋은 정도의 거리에요. 지하철에서도 찾기 쉬웠고 주변이 조용해요. 가족과 묵었는데 괜찮았어요. 길건너에 편의점이 있어서 급한건 사기도 편했어요. 따뜻한 물도 잘 나오고, 난방도 금방 되었어요.
