1. The lady staff at reception desk can communicate in English when offering check-in service at 8:00 p.m. When asked about catering service she politely explained that there was only Chinese restaurant in the hotel which provided last order at 8:30 p.m. When asked later of there could be any restaurants nearby she referred us a mall within walking distance. When asked about morning shuttle bus from hotel to Kansai airport she informed us with the departure time and luggage arrangement clearly. However, in the morning the other day, when checking out at the reception desk, there was a male staff, he could entirely speak no English and hardly communicated when asked about the shuttle bus arrangement.
2. The room I stayed had fabulous view facing Osaka. The room is spacious enough for two queen size twin beds and 2 murphy beds, additionally a small corner for putting pieces of luggage. The noise from above, like guests moving or jumping from other rooms, could be heard for over an hour. Surely expectedly noise from planes taking off.
3. The Internet WiFi connection was good in terms of speed when using personal smartphone. USB hub near the beds were seen visually damaged before arrival and also the plug near the kettle cannot be used. Perhaps guests need to bring their own USB adaptor?
4. The beds are clean and comfy for a night sleep.
5. The bathrooms were relatively old style.
