The hotel itself was fine, and our room was plenty clean and spacious. However, communications between hotel staff and us leave a lot to be desire. We understand that this is an unmanned hotel, which means there won’t be staff available in person all the time, but there should still be somebody always on call to help answer our questions. On the day we checked out, a lot of our clothes were stuck in the washer because the washer door wouldn’t unlock no matter what we do. We try calling the provided number to reach hotel staff for 30-45 minutes, but nobody picked up. Eventually we had to just left our clothes in there and leave otherwise we would have been late for our flight. There are also a lot of other small issues throughout our stay that we could have resolve pretty quickly and easily had there been staff to answer our phone call, but instead we had to spend a lot of times just figuring things out by ourself.
