We liked this hotel because it was conveniently close to the Umeda station, convenient stores and many restaurants. The hotel also allowed us to track the laundry on the room TV which was very useful. The room was clean and decently sized.

This place is in the thick of the action however you wouldn’t know it with how quiet it is in the room. The breakfast each morning was lovely and had a good variety. The staff were nice to deal with. Overall a really good visit

Everything about the stay was great. The room was on the smaller side for two people, granted we had a lot of luggage with us and we worked it out just fine. Everything was a little more upscale than I expected, like the embroidery on the towels and embroidered robes. Amenities were aplenty right by the elevator. The location was so central to food, nightlife, shopping, and so close to public transit. Our favorite part is that it was attached to a 7/11 with a private hotel entrance in the store. Everything about the stay was great and I would happily stay again.

Very convenient location to the Umeda Whity underground. Great amenities available for hotel guests and a convenience store attached. Nice room as well. Nice new laundry machines too. Would recommend and would stay again.

Very good location, close to the subway, lots of restaurants and shops! You can even walk almost all of the way underground if it’s raining outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the convince of having access to the 7/11 from the hotel.
