“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“Everything was out of date. It actually smelled old in the room like unclean. The first room we we given it smelled old and the closet had an big open hole in it and the door was off the hinges laying on the ground”

“Between the pictures online and the first look at the townhome we stayed at, it LOOKS pleasant. I cannot say everything that was wrong with this place but I'll try to summarize. We arrived at 4pm for check in, waited 20 minutes to get our address and lockbox code (which took 4 tries to open). The kitchen had scratched up pans, 1 pot, 2 lids that didnt fit anything, 1 lid without a handle, broken kitchen utensils, a small half used bottle of dish soap, and dishes that were actually dirty which……
