"No regret staying at excellency floor although the room rate is on the high side. Excellent view anmd spacious room and it comes with private onsen for 45 minutes! The hotel public onsen is also exceptional. Just make sure you would spend enough time in the hotel to enjoy all the onsen and spa facilities, otherwise it would be a waste of money. The food quality is good and the service is good. Just that we don’t speak Japanese and sometimes feel lost in translation and Jane some awkward moment. They do try their best to explain.Overall, it is more like a local luxury wellness retreat than an international hotel. Would be good to have a google translate in hand."

"到的當天在下雨，雖然工作人員有迎接，但行李拿取還是得自己處理 大廳不大，有大半部分都被挪作禮品店的擺設，而且一樓的房間跟大廳是直接連通，並無任何分界 附近有些許餐廳，但都很早關門，幸好離市區不算遠，若有開車還能夠自行覓食 大浴場算小，但可看海景，飯店也直通沙灘，有不少歐美旅客在衝浪，喜歡海應該會覺得很棒 整體來說，住宿價格跟品質差不多是正比 最大缺點是從大廳到1樓客房的部分，有少部分階梯，造成攜帶行李箱客人不便，因此又設置了木製斜坡；但斜坡太陡，不管是推或拉行李箱都不方便，若想用推車更是困難重重，加上斜坡未固定，有不小的麻煩和風險，希望能改進"

"第一次入住無客服的酒店，整體覺得酒店清潔，有温泉，免費酒水小食很好。只是覺得自助check in 要填太多資料，花了很長時間。而且因無客服酒店。3人一房住3晚，每人只有2套浴巾，浴巾也要自己帶去温泉用，很不衛生。"
