We made the booking and also payed the money for the whole stay (1 weekend) but when we wanted to arrive, they said office hours are over, sorry, no apartment. Seriously, we have had so many apartments in all kinds of countries, but something like this has never happened to us before. So be careful with this apartment, if you book, don‘t pay in advance! "We stayed just the 1-night and for that this hotel was perfect! The way to the room was janky and the walking path to our room felt weird. It felt as if the hotel bought the next door building and tried to merge both the architecture together but didn't work out. The included breakfast spread was great with various many options and a first time I have seen champagne / sparkling wine available :)"
